Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Southaven

This place is absolute trash! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My husband went in to use the bathroom and get my kids, who were waiting in the car, some ice cream while I was getting service done next door . He used the restroom and came out to look at the selections. The a woman employee went into the men’s bathroom right after him and he said it was weird. He then left because they didn’t have the flavor they wanted. He got back to the car and the employee came out and embarrassed him and berated him in from of our children that one, he didn’t flush, and two he didn’t buy anything. He explained to her that the flavor wasn’t available and that he indeed flushed. She made him get out of the car go back in to flush the toilet. He then said that it sure did flush but had “a streak” on the inside of the toilet. That was just uncalled for and inappropriate. You facility is down right disgusting and you want to embarrass someone about YOUR toilet not flushing all the way!?!? I do not care if this was a manager or employee you should be down right ashamed of your self. Unprofessional to...

Visited B/T on Malco Dr. in Southaven on Wednesday 0ct. 20. I ordered two banana splits to go. I paid plus tipped the servers as they were very accommodating. I asked fo lids and the items were placed in the bag. I live approx 7 minutes away and much to my surprise when I lifted the bag to take into the house the bottom fell out and the both banana splits spilled onto the ground before I could get in the door. It so happens that the lids came off causing the contents to spill over into the bag. I contacted the store manager on duty at 11am the nest morning who advised that the lids do not fit the containers and they always come off. I inquired as to why even bother with them on to go items if they are useless. I asked the lady that if she felt it was the stores fault that my items were destroyed and she said no. I in turn told her that I would address this issue with the corporate office since customer support was not her area. I contacted the Corp Ofc and am waiting for a call back. I expect a full refund and they will never have to worry about me visiting that...

I remembered loving this place as a kid, so took my daughter there to let her try it out. The traffic was pretty heavy but the staff seemed to keep up with the flow fairly well. I can see if you don’t pay attention and speak up, you can be left standing there for longer periods of time. They let you sample flavors before deciding on your order which I think is really good. The have a wide variety of different flavors to choose from and options on how you want it served from cones, to cups, to waffle creations, to shakes, they even have ice cream cakes in the freezer with tubs of flavors you can take home. The ice cream itself is creamy with a good distribution of flavor and toppings throughout. So if you order chocolate chip cookie dough, you can be assured there are more than enough huge chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough throughout your scoops. They offer toppings to your hearts content too. Guaranteed to give your sweet tooth a tickle! They even have the cute pink spoons I remember as a kid. The prices are quite reasonable...
