This place is absolutely the worst wing stop ever. I placed an online order at 7:43p. The wait time says 35-48 mins. Ok cool .. so I waited around at home giving them time to prepare the order. I received a confirmation saying that my order was completed. I headed to the store and upon arriving I told the lil skinny girl with the bad ugly wig that I was picking up an order that I placed online. Remind you this order was placed online at 7:43p I arrived to the store at 9:12p. She proceeded to tell me that my order wasn’t complete and that it’ll be ready in 25-30 min. Like what? how is that when I ordered online? I asked for a refund and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund from them and I had to request my refund online. I asked what was corporate number and the manager stated that he didn’t know corporate number. In the mist of talking to the manager the phone was ringing and a customer reached over the counter and answered the phone I’m confused as to who work here and who the customer, the manager in training gave the customer a high five and told her girl I’m glad you answered the phone. Read moreThe night-time manager was very unprofessional. I placed an online order and never received my food, waiting over an hour for it. When I asked for a refund, I was told that the manager does not handle refunds and that I should speak with the day shift manager instead. I watched numerous DoorDash and Uber Eats deliveries go out, but my order never arrived.
Additionally, none of the workers wore gloves, and the manager's attitude was unpleasant. After I inquired about my order, a heavy-set woman brushed me off, fanning her hand dismissively and walking away while saying they were short-staffed. No one would give me their names. Another customer advised me not to leave until I spoke with someone, as the behavior demonstrated was unacceptable.
The night manager, a Black woman with short hair, was rude and seemed to need more training in dealing with the public. I have decided not to patronize this establishment again. If I could give this store a zero rating, I would. I plan to return in the morning to request my refund. After I asked for a refund, she gave my order to another customer for free. I proceeded to call the driver and she stated that she thought I lived in apartments and I verified that I put the correct address. The driver didn’t call back or answer after that. I called the Wingstop Manager and she stated that they are not responsible and I have to call DoorDash. Speaking with DoorDash, they called the Wingstop store and requested a new order to be made and delivered to me. Then Wingstop decided to cancel the order, and I spoke to the manager again.
