Best eggplant parm sandwich I've ever had? Yes I said that a year ago Not anymore Edit to today, really really poor judgment to have 5 year old behavior behind your counter. I was hung up on 4 times, argued with when I asked for a 1 oz side of marinara because the sandwich was dry tried to charge me several more dollars , bread was burned there was no sauce and the eggplant tasted like freezer burn. Then I kept getting hung up on when I tried to explain this. This place is absolute trash Then he tried to tell me the world doesn’t work that way and I can’t get anything for free? I wasn’t asking for anything for free I just wanted the marinara that I had already paid for to make an absolutely already dry disgusting freezer burnt sandwich more tolerable. absolutely wild that they couldn’t give me 1 oz of marinara when they forgot to put it on my sandwich to begin with. That child at the register needs a lesson in customer service and manners. This place has turned to trash, also the hard roll was crumbling and falling apart and tasted like that was frozen too. You can’t freeze your food like that and pretend it’s going to taste good after. Anyway, 5mins later the order came, & as I was walking out I touched the bag with the back of my hand to see if it was hot. The manager from behind the counter said "are you serious!". I stopped & looked around & said "pardon me??".. He repeated it again "are you serious?". "Are you speaking to me?" He said "do you want a refund or something?". I paused, looked around, then said "Uhh yeah, we can do that.".
it was his idea to give me a refund, not mine.
Uhh so at that point I figured maybe he knew something I didnt. So I followed his lead & gave him his food back & got a refund. Uhh thanx for the heads up. I won't be back...

However tonight, when we ordered $90 worth of meals, and the girl had repeated the whole order back to me correctly, one of our grinders was still wrong. When I had called them back to let them know this and that I needed a new grinder, one of the owners was blatantly rude to me and said “well this is why we read the orders back to you so we don’t have issues like this.” I told him that the girl did read the order back to me with the CORRECT way the grinder was supposed to be made, so it’s my fault it was wrong? I’m sorry but I would never run my business this way. Let’s see if the new one being delivered again will be correct this time. It’s really too bad because they are my go-to...
