I've been coming to this location like 3 times a month for about a year now, I was almost always more than satisfied with my experience until a few months ago or so. The last couple experiences have been especially less than adequate; I'm just going to describe my lastest experiece. I went last night to pick up food for myself and my family. When I arrived, they were short on food and closed the line. The employees at the line said if I ordered online, they could start making it in 20 min. No problem, I quickly did an online order; one barbacoa bowl, one steak bowl, and one garlic steak bowl. Then I went to do some grocery shopping acorss the street, I gave them like 35 min. When I came back, my order wasn't ready yet, no issues though, I saw that they were making orders now so I knew it should be soon. After some time they call my name and tell me that they can't complete my last bowl because the steak wasn't done. I opted for the garlic steak instead, they constructed my final bowl and I left. When I am ready to eat, I see that after everything, there was less than half an order of meat in my bowl, literally three bites of meat. The same went for the orinigal garlic steak bowl. The last bowl they made for me, while I was watching, had a more decent amount of meat but I saw something odd when they made it. The girl had originally put like 4 strips of garlic steak in the bowl and moved on from the meat but then went back later to top it off. Maybe she noticed I was watching because I had thought in the moment that she under gave. The staff was polite and friendly and the food tasted good but they seemed to be functioning in disorganization. All the bowls came out looking a mess and they accidentally gave me half my order mixed with someone elses. I was mostly bothered though that after waiting nearly an hour, I felt like I didn't even get what I paid for. The prices are based on the protein so I would expect more than three bites of meat... Read moreThis is by far the worst Chipotle Location I have ever been too! Aside from the employees having zero customer service skills, everything was limited due to their lack of preparation. We went there around 2:30 a few days ago, and they had no steak, no fajita vegetables, old Queso sauce to the point where it was brown, no corn salsa! They employees give quarter spoon scoops so the portions are ridiculously small and you need to continue to ask for more, more just to get a decent portion.
Now to the employees at this location, I have never been to a restaurant where employees actively engage in arguments with customers to the point there is yelling back and forth, not to me when you ask to speak to a manager they refuse to let you!
Unless you do not care about how you are treated stay away from this location, cause multiple employees at this location should not be working there, due to their lack of customer respect!
The fact that these one star reviews go back at least 2 years and all of the reviews are relatively the same means the franchise owners do not care about customers either. If they did care there would most definitely be a culture change at this location and there obviously has not been. Owners should not be in the capacity they are in if they don’t care about changing the people they hire or disciplining...

Ive seen multiple employees perform a number of unsanitary food handling procedures during order builds, not just on my orders i was waiting for, but on others i saw them making while waiting for my pickup! This is a severe health concern as it is putting people at risk, and unsuspecting customers im delivering to have a right to know via the complaint i will b filing on evry other review platform i can in addition to here & telling ppl i know as well since i would want to know if it were me...also, they need2 have these employees re-trained asap!
Also, they were lying to ppl with a sign on their bathroom that said "out of order" evn tho it wasn't bcuz they were being lazy about having2 sanitize the bathroom evn tho they r SUPPOSED2 DO THIS AND WASH HANDS ANYWAY, regardless if the germs/viruses being spread r potentially COVID-19 causing or not! ...this cld unecessary stop pregnant women along with everyone else or others who medically need2 have acess to bathrooms whenever possible, as well as delivery drivers who r on the road constantly throughout a shift and often this brief pause while an order is finishing being made is the only chance they get to relieve themselves between orders-especially...
