They lost our dog. and then lied about it. We went to pick up our dog Daisy, and as we were walking in I saw a dog walking out that looked exactly like ours. We walked in, the lady went back to get our dog, then called the manager back, a few minutes later the lady came back out and said “I’m so sorry daisy just went to the bathroom in the kennel, so we’re going to rewash her. you can come back in 20 minutes.” We left and waited in the car. I watched from the car as the other people pulled back up, took my dog out of their car, and walked back inside. i immediately went in as well. i saw my dog being taken to the back. The manager came back with their dog for them. I immediately went up and explained the situation, and asked for a refund and my dog. He denied the whole thing saying that daisy was getting bathed. I explained the situation again and had literally watched my dog being taken back. He was apologetic but never would own up to the lie. He did give us our refund and brought the correct dog out to us. The mix up (while still frustrating) would’ve been understandable, but the blatant lying is ridiculous. just own up to it. mistakes happen. but don’t lie to my face when I watched it happen.

EDIT: the owner reached out personally by text and call to apologize. Still a rough situation, but great customer service...

I called in for my dog to get her anal gland expressed and a nail trim which came up to be around $40-$45. The girl on the phone who I was speaking to suggested I should do the basic package and that it is $39 and it’ll give me a bath, nail trim, and anal gland expression. Which is exactly what I was needing and a better price! After I took my dog to them they told me they couldn’t cut/trim my dog nails due to her stressing out and I noticed she still seemed irritated and constantly licking her bum and it smelt terrible. I knew at that point the anal gland wasn’t done. Basically the two things I really wanted and needed didn’t get done. So at this point I made a phone call to them and was told that they don’t do an anal gland expressions on the basic it’s a “anal gland exam.” Which became frustrating because I was told it was anal gland expression not just an exam. The person on the phone told me I could come in and get it done but I would have to pay an additional price…. So the two things I were wanting weren’t done, but now I have to pay an additional price due to be me being misinformed? There was no apology or accommodation when there employee misinformed me. Update They called asking to try again to make it right. We took her in and this time they did a much better job. She was fully brushed out, her legs looked immensely better, and she looked clean. Glad they wanted to make things right. I would just double check your dog before leaving. 4 stars because it was a redo.

Original post She came out looking like she was rush cleaned, I could have cleaned her much better myself at home in the same amount of time (she was there for an hour). Wish I wouldn’t have come here. I paid extra to get a blow dry for my labradoodle, and she looks like she was towel dried. I’ve gotten blow drys at other groomers and she doesn’t look remotely like she did at the other places. And her paws still look slightly dirty. I left feeling very disappointed.
