Panda Express — Restaurant in Sparks

You know I love panda express because their food is always delicious. I will never dispute that but the way that they handle filling plates because the communication behind the glass is so terrible that people four orders behind you get filled before you and then you have to wait for the food to be remade just to finish your order and then they have to wait because you’re still waiting in line for the rest of your order and or to pay which only means by the time you both get home no matter where you are in line, some of your food is already going to be cold. You get pushed to pay and you haven’t even finished your order yet because there’s no communication even between employees on what is being ordered if there’s À la carte, But by the time you get up there, guess what everybody else’s food has already been filled behind you so you now have to wait again for those options to be made because they ran out again. I totally get that they only make so much food so it’s always fresh and that is something that I love about them but if they took care of customers in order, I feel like coming home with half cold food wouldn’t always be an issue or having six people waiting off to the side for their orders to be filled But people behind them in line are checking out and walking out the door with the same stuff they ordered because there’s is getting filled before the people waiting against the wall. I’ve never been a huge Panda Express fan, but this location has turned me in to a BIG fan. In my previous experiences with other locations over the years, food and service was always equally terrible. I originally went to this location just to get spring rolls because I thought it would be a safe choice. The staff were so friendly, the presentation of the food was amazing and everything was freshly made. After eating my spring rolls (which were delicious) I decided to go back an hour later and get a family meal. The place was packed, line was out the door, and they were super busy with to go orders as well. Even so, staff were very professional and friendly. As I was waiting for some of my order to be made, a manager came to ask me what I was waiting on and he expedited things for me…which wasn’t necessary but it was very nice of him. The restaurant is also very clean and I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes for my freshly made order. Last but definitely not least the food was amazing. Best chow men I’ve ever had and the orange chicken is absolutely delicious. I also got the fried rice, mushroom chicken, black pepper angus steak, and kung pao chicken-all very good. Overall every time I go there it seems to be an okay experience but today I went and the guy that was serving the person in front of me ended up ringing her up as well. Kept his gloves on the whole time he was doing the transaction, took cash from her and counted it and that's where I saw that he still had his gloves on. He then proceeded to come help me after and did not change his gloves. It's so inconsiderate to do this because you could cause somebody else to be infected with a cold or flu, or something else, it's just disgusting. We all know money is very dirty, and for you not to take your gloves off and exchange them or wash your hands at least before you help the next customer just shows the respect you have for me and...
