I was excited for a new salon in my new town and was so very disappointed during and after. The girl I was placed with wouldn't talk to me about what I wanted. I tried to start a conversation multiple times. She was irritated and in a hurry. Started to cut my hair before the shampoo. I asked and she was like oh, you want a shampoo? I said I made my appointment for shampoo, cut and style. During shampooing I asked her what the product was, she didn't know!! Then I sit in the chair expecting to review what I wanted and she started cutting. I wanted 2" needless to say 4.5" fell on the floor. It's crooked and way too short. She got irritated when I kept telling her I wanted it straight ironed. She just kept blowing and curling, I don't want curly hair. I finally asked for the straight iron and did it myself. I didn't let her touch my bangs I told her I would have to fix it. I will NEVER return or recommend. Absolutely...
