Maurices — Local services in Sparks

I didn't know anything about Maurcies prior to last week, when a friend drug me into the store while she shopped for jeans. I actually wandered around, bought a blouse and walked out while my friend continued shopping..for ONE hour!! Fast forward she fell in love with some jeans that are hard to find. I am currently on a business trip in Nevada (we live in Arizona) and I called into this particular location. Hands down the absolute best customer service I have experienced in such a long time. Dallon is who assisted me over the phone. It would of been easy for him to tell me they no longer had the jeans in stock and be done but Dallon went above and beyond to find me these jeans!! Needle in a haystack type of situation but Dallon made the day by just doing what seems so natural to him, to be of help, to press pause on whatever task he was doing at the moment to actually go further for a customer. I have to say, he directed me in the right ways, he found the jeans in 2 different locations as well! Calling the other location, they too were so kind and helpful so I have to say hats off to Maurices for their customer service on all levels! Thank you Dallon for all your help and making this process as seamless as possible. Absolutely love this store, I'm a short and wide girl and they always have my sizes and styles I like. They're a little on the pricier side in my opinion but the quality is definitely worth it. The staff is also really helpful and always eager to help me find whatever I need. They also will order you sizes that are in the store and ship for free if they don't carry it in the store. They usually have some pretty great BOGO...

Worse staff to be in the customer service industry all in a bad mood and treat you very low for trying to use a coupon they sent out to gain customers the manager hayley was even worse and confrontational which makes sense why the staff feel comfortable with there level of service this is all over a coupon they sent out so we left the coupon item and plus other clothing we spent 45 minutes looking for there truly...
