I used to like this location! However the past two times I’ve went I’ve left disappointed. Number one the new automated order system they got is convenient, but when you see the person face to face and tell them thank you twice and they look at you like to to help and practically throw your food at you… that’s not right! How hard is it to show some respect and manners… especially while you’re being paid to do your job?! 🤦♀️ number two, the bo rounds are usually crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This am they were obviously put in the grease way too early or not long enough because they were really mushy and drenched like how fries are if you are waiting for grease to get hot enough and you go ahead and put them in them don’t cook them long enough and take them out and don’t strain them. Also usually I get enough to satisfy me.. like 6-7, the pack is usually so full they fall out into the big bag. But this time I got 4. 4?! My husband even said that’s new! We live right down the road and the service has never been like this. Number 3, it takes me about 5 minutes to get home and I go inside and eat. It’s always hot. My biscuit is literally cold! They did hand me the bag as soon as she opened the window so apparently they had premade everything, but it not being fresh and hot like it usually is really makes a big difference. I’d rather wait the extra 3 minutes to get hot fresh food, and enough no rounds to make sense, and a thank you back after I say thank you 2 times & tell someone to have a good day. Read moreI am frequent customer on Saturday morning and use the drive thru although it is very long they move fast and get my food correct. Today 7/17 the line was long and very slow I ordered my usual steak biscuit combo. When I got to the window I thought the price was a little high but everything since pandemic is much higher. Then I reached to eat some potatoes as I drive and there is none. Then I realized I had the wrong order canjun buscuit and egg biscuit I parked and went in to say I have the wrong order and the dining room was so full of people waiting for food. It took me awhile to get to the counter the girl took my wrong order and trashed it and the drink was wrong to so she asked very hateful what do you want I told her and then was asked another time what I was waiting on everybody was on top of each other and nobody knew what the other was doing. After about another 20 minutes I finally got my food but nobody asked if I might have been overcharged! I Will nota Go back on Saturday to that location until it is...
Read moreI usually have a good experience here but this time wasn’t the case. We ordered at the window and clearly stated we wanted a breast and leg with our combo and a large Mountain Dew no ice, even repeated it, but once we got to the window they proceeded to give us a medium drink and Breast and wing.. not a big deal it was fixed tho the person at the window did have a slight attitude and tried to tell us we didn’t order that when we did. And to top it off I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and the chicken strips weren’t even strips, more like nuggets and the fries were hard like they were off the bottom of the pan and slightly old. I mean if your running low on chicken please tell us instead of giving us these kinds of portions. The pie that we received was also hard like it had been sitting there for a while or cooked too long. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered at all….just a poor experience all around and makes me not...
