Jacob's Java — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I was at this location at about 8:40am today (4-11-18). I ordered my drink, the barista seemed like she understood the order, & I was given my drink. Due to the fact that I’ve been here MANY times in the past & had a great experience, I felt no need to try my drink & could tell it was the correct temp by holding the cup (I have barista experience). I drove away. When I tried my drink, it tasted like NO flavoring had been added or it was never stirred in properly. I tried shaking the cup. I tried opening the lid & stirring it, which made a COMPLETE mess. It just tasted like unsweetened almond milk. I tried chugging it down just to get it over with & almost GAGGED!!! Coffee was great and was just the way we ordered them. Only issue was it took the barista 4 tries to get the exact order correct. She had to keep coming back to the window and repeatedly asking if a drink was hot or cold, 20 or 24 ounce, whipped cream or no whipped cream, etc. We only had four drinks. They were not busy and really no reason for that many questions when the order was placed exactly the way we wanted it the first time through when she asked the questions the first time. This is usually our regular coffee stop. The few blonde ladies that have worked here for a long time are great! However, today I pulled up in an expensive suit to order a coffee on my way to an important business meeting. With my sunglasses on I failed to notice coffee on my lid which consequently ended up all over me. This forced me to have to reschedule and dry clean a brand new suit.
