Pardon My Cheesesteak — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

1st time customer. Got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak. The bread is good but if it was toasted, it didn't look it. I know this isn't an exciting order so I shud keep my expectations low, but the Chicken was less than dull, no flavor at all. No cheese sauce and maybe some onions? or onion flavor....The bacon is cheap thin slices and only 2, I cud taste in maybe a couple of the bites. I will say that the mozzarella cheese was plentiful and it tasted like it shud. I ordered fries but didn't get them. I ordered 3 sauces to try them out, ordered the cheese, Chipotle mayo, and ranch sauce. only came with the ranch, which is good. Also ordered the Donut Dippers these were delicious. They came with 3 sauces, the darker one was my favorite. Actually one of the extra sauces I'm not sure what it was. White, tasteless and runny. I really want their steak sandwiches to be good, but not sure the donuts are enough to...

Needs improvement. The first time I order via doordash, the food arrived in a IHOP takeout containers. The frys were cold and soggy. Just nasty. I thought it might me because I order so late at night. So the second time I ordered, I ordered tatortots and got chicken tenders with at least 5oz of hot sauce in a cup. They forgot my cinnamon dippers. And my cheesesteak was in a plastic takeout container, when the receipt states in should have been in a foil wrap. It appears this location is doing their jobs half way. Need better quality control. Better management. I will never order...

This place does not make their advertised sandwiches. This has to be the worst waste of time and money. Ordered a few of the chicken cheesesteak sandwiches. Both had thick slices of chicken and a piece of cheese. No cheese sauce anywhere. If you look at their menu at what it should be versus what I posted, you'll see a big difference. Sad that they screw over customers. They definitely owe me a refund or prove they can make it right and offer a replacement. Overpriced...
