So today I had placed an order at 9 o’clock, and I get all the way to the service Center to get an oil change on my car just to find out that the chicken nuggets that I had ordered were not cooked properly and they made me sick. There’s been multiple times that I have ordered breakfast sandwiches on English muffins and they have been hard but there has been other times where they’ve been fine and just because sometimes the English muffins are hard and apparently the chicken nuggets are not cooked all the way through they have made it where they called corporate lying, and told me I’m not allowed there anymore and if I show up there, they will have me escorted off by police because I told them today that the Nuggets were the only thing that was not cooked properly. Everything else was fine and that I only wanted a refund for the nuggets because now I feel sick. I don’t wanna eat anything after that. I am so tired of managers thinking that they are entitled and get whatever they want because their managers I do DoorDash and I do Uber eats and he told me that I couldn’t even do my job when it comes to picking up from them so in my opinion, this Wendy’s avoid at all cost. I called corporate, crying and complaining because of this manager I do not deserve any of this specially, when I told the manager that everything else was fine It was just the chicken nuggets and his response was that’s fine. We just can’t seem to satisfy you, especially when I spend a lot of money there and even though I do get stuff that maybe Hard like the breakfast sandwiches I still continue to go back and spend more...
Read moreThis recent visit was so bad I will not go back here. Ordered two $6 Biggie bags and a chicken sandwich. They handed me one single medium sized bag with everything stuffed inside. I asked for the kid to put it into separate bags and he refused to. He was holding the bag out the window so I took it but never brought it into the car. The other employee, a female asked what was wrong. I told her and she said "sorry we're not allowed to take it back from you." That is ridiculous. You are not allowed to take anything from me like garbage or old cups and stuff, not your own food that never even entered my car. Anyway, then the other kid tells me to "have a nice day" and closed the window on me. I didn't even have the drinks yet. The girl gives me the drinks and the kid yells to me to "have a nice day" again and closes the window again. I get home and am missing an order of nuggets, one straw and napkins. I absolutely called and just got a lame, very unsatisfactory response from the female that answered the phone and said that she was the manager. All this was AFTER sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. This locations drive thru service at night has become stupid slow. The don't greet you. You sit several minutes or they do say hi and ask you to wait. They interrupt when ordering instead of listening. Then I have to repeat myself sometimes...
Read moreI ordered the meal and a kids meal, I drive up, they say we have everything, so I drive off and check down the road and there's no kids meal. Have to come all the way back, went inside, said I'm missing a kids meal, they said they tried to give it to me ( no they didn't ), they offer me a frosty as compensation and I'm too frustrated that I say no. The manager has the gall to say right in front of me, loud to the worker, that it's not your fault it's hers (pointed right to me), she drove off, etc. Right to my face!!! That manager should be fired! And I'm never coming back to Wendy's! On top of that, I asked for a plain cheeseburger for my 5 year old, no it had ketchup on it ( she didn't eat it!) And the sour cream with chives potato I ordered, absolutely no sour cream! What makes me the most mad is that the manager disrespected me in front of everyone when she wasn't even there to hear the drive through guy say my order was good ( he even said have a good night as I was driving off, which made me think, we're good). Such disrespect is uncalled for in customer service especially when the...
