I ordered a pickup for 3:45 and found that the website had changed my favored location to Division St as opposed to Francis. I arrived at 3:55 at this location and did not find my ordered. An indifferent employee stated she didn't know where my order was and that maybe they were making it in back, but didn't bother to check because that apparently wasn't her job. I waiting 15 minutes for a male employee to bring out another order for pickup and he said that my order should be there but he would check. Another 15 minutes go by and NOTHING. No other employee until a different employee brings out another and was concerned that I was waiting so long. He stated that they already made the order almost an hour ago and that it was most like picked up by a different customer or hungry college boy. OK. That isn't my problem, that is Chipotle's problem for putting food orders out for anyone to take. He states he will personally remake my order and 10 minutes later appears with my order, made incorrectly, without the ingredients I ordered with an order of guacamole on the side. The worst experience was texting back and forth with a sympathetic employee bot that was sorry for the inconvenience but stated that the order was made and picked up at the correct time. I will never go back to this mindless, thoughtless and unapologetic business. What a joke. An update concerning the "Response for the Owner" who must sit behind a desk and feel important: Thanks for a link to "Common Questions." This only reinforces the view that you are a worthless company when it comes to customer service. I repeat: I will never order from you again, even after years of being a fairly satisfied customer since your early days in Denver. Good luck on all...
Read moreI Chipotle often and this is by far the worst-run Chipotle I've experienced. We ordered a single bowl with 4 ingredients in the app. When I arrived to pick up, there was no line at the counter but around 10 customers waiting for pickup, some 10 or 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled time (including THE poor doordash drivers). I walked up to the counter and asked if they could just make my order and I was told takeout orders are only made in the back. Meanwhile the 5 employees up front are messing around while a pile of pickup customers have overdue dinners. Finally, an employee walks out with 8 orders simultaneously - likely some were cold. I'm still waiting, stewing as a watch a family of four who entered the restaurant after me complete their meal, along with 25+ walk-in customers that have been served during that time. I've been in the restaurant over 20 minutes at this point and my dinner is almost 10 minutes past pickup time. Finally my dinner arrives (after hearing many pickup customers receive a series of identical platitudes - "It'll be out soon.") I take it to my car and as we're a few minutes down the road I'm told the peppers are missing from our 4-ingredient bowl - which is around half full.
I will never visit this store again. It's clear the internal processes are inefficient and the management has allowed or possibly cultivated a culture of carelessness toward the customer. I was just one of many very unhappy...
Read moreThe one star is because I pretty much always love the food here. Unfortunately, the customer service my boyfriend and I received here today was so unpleasant I’m afraid I’ll never return.
The young lady preparing the food was clearly in a bad mood and and took it out on my boyfriend and I who had stopped in to grab some food to go. My boyfriend asked for extra chicken on his burrito (which we have done this a million and one times ) and this small request clearly put this employee over the edge. She gave us a very hard eye roll and and evident sigh and said something along the lines of “you mean you want double meat” YES, we said extra, double, whatever you want to call it. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal and didn’t understand why she was this incredibly rude about such a small request. As she finished preparing his meal the attitude continued as she was clearly miserable and downright awful to us.
At this point I decided I did not want to patronize a business where I was going to be treated terribly for ordering a simple meal, so we told her we were upset with the way she behaved and to not worry about making my meal as we had decided to dine somewhere else.
I work in the service industry and I have literally never had someone be so rude about such a small request. I am still baffled and genuinely hurt as to why she treated us so poorly and am afraid I will not be returning no matter how much I enjoy the food...
