5/22 As I’m at the front counter the cashier proceeds to take a transaction from another customer while I’m not done with my transaction for a Dr Pepper and fries. I told the customer that I was still a paying customer and she was in the wrong to cut me off and so was the cashier. I literally was standing there and the other customer reached over me to pay for her meal. This is bad on the cashier to have reached for the payment while she wasn’t done with my transaction. I should really stop coming here. Manager train your people. Yet with all the reviews still no response. 😠 Look at my large order of fries!!! Damn! No stars!!!

Another visit made and it’s a big F for this McDonalds. Took forever to get a 6 pc nuggets Fries, cookies and lg Dr Pepper. They all came out separately. First the cookies, waited 20 mins for nuggets and fries, then she tried to give me a DrPepper that was already sitting there for 30 mins. I asked for another fresh DrPepper, she looked bothered and mad me wait another 10 mins and they forgot my BBQ sauce. Now tell me why did they do such a poor job. They don’t value customers and don’t provide great service. Manager/Owner do something about this!!! Zero stars! Visit 3/28/24
The customer service is the worst! I thought app ordering was an easy thing, but that wasn’t true with this location. My order was placed on my app at 11:50 am. and I arrived at 12:15 pm; just to wait an additional 20 mins. My order wasn’t made; it was a simple order: Spicy McChicken and a Lg. Fries and a Lg. Dr Pepper. I ask, if anyone could tell me about my order, I got the workers to turn and look at me and then they turned back around to do what they were doing. Read moreThis place is horrible! I had the absolute worst interaction with an employee of a business that I have ever experienced!
First, the drive thru process was terrible and confusing. The speaker was damaged and it was so bad that everything needed to be repeated several times. This added an additional 15-20 min PER CAR to get through their inefficient ordering process.
It was so bad that my wife was able to download the app, register, and place our order in the app and pay for everything!
When we provided the confirmation code, we were instructed to "Drive around to pickup our order!"
There were three windows each with a number above the window. I drove to the front window and waited for someone to open it.
When someone finally arrived, she presented several bags and began repeating the order. I stopped her and simply said: "That's not our order."
She asked what we ordered and I replied 2 coffees and a "Sausage Egg McMuffin." at which she began to huff and puff and look at her screen saying we didn't pay for our order.
I insisted that I did indeed pay for my order and as I began repeating my confirmation code she slammed the window and walked away!
After several minutes she appears again and begins passing a bag through the window saying: "here you go!"
I asked if she found our order and if she was able to confirm that I paid as I said I did. She began to tell me to "Go f@ck myself!" and if I wanted to make a big deal out of it she would come around to the parking lot and beat my @ss!
At this point I still had not received my order. I began to open my vehicle door to reach for my order when she threw everything at me out the window with food and drink flying everywhere!
It was horrible! I then called the police and had to file an official report and am working with my lawyer to pursue both criminal and civil complaints against against...
Read moreThe line was long and moved super slow..I had to pull to a spot after paying to wait for my simple order, a big Mac add tomatoe. When I finally was given my food after a 6 minute wait the The food was cold. Big Mac and fries both cold.. not ice cold, but not at all hot or even warm. My special request was ignored. All that wait for a cold big Mac no tomatoe, that I was charged for. Fries were not salted, and not hot, they were the lowest degree of barely slightly uncold. I was really irritated by this point. Even my request for ketchup was ignored. The lobby was closed and the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. So getting to the window to voice my complaint and have my correct order that I paid 8 of the only 10 dollars I had on me for and was not what I would expect from McDonald's. I looked up the phone number and called it. The phone didn't even ring. It just hung up. I called 4 times. Nothing. I was extremely upset at this point. More like HANGRY. I'm hypoglycemic and needed food asap. I ate just enough to curb my insulin surge and then threw the rest in the garbage located near the exit. As I saw one of the employees returning to the store after delivering a meal to a waiting car I rolled down my window and asked her to please tell the manager this McDonald's failed tonight.
