Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Springfield

Last night I called and ordered for my family and myself and I have a anaphylactic dairy allergy and I made sure that the lady knew that on the phone told her I couldn't have cheese and wanted to make sure there wasn't anything else on the sandwich I couldn't have I ordered the Chipotle Philly steak with no cheese and told the employee what all I couldn't have. When I got home I ate the sandwich by the time at bedtime I became very ill and had to use my EpiPen over it l. And still very ill having to have to call into work over it... i called this morning and talk to the manager Stephanie Hayes just to try to see what might have been on the sandwich to where I had an allergy before I could even get done talking the lady was Raising her voice at me explaining to me that there was a chipotle mayonnaise and that does have dairy in it. All though inline shows otherwise. And she told me it was not her employees fault because I should have asked the ingredients in the mayonnaise whenever mayonnaise never has Dairy basically got in a screaming match over it! I have never been treated so badly by a manager over the phone never will I ever go here again their corporate will be hearing from me I am not a happy customer whatsoever and it has nothing to do with the fact that I had an allergy but because of the management and how I was treated just because I wanted to know what was in the sandwich to make me so violently ill...

This location is to be avoided at all costs. I don't understand the discrepancy between the fantastic location on Glenstone and this one. Same owner so standards should be the same. I had an extensive conversation with the owner about this filthy location, and it has not gotten better. It is NEVER clean. I don't think they even have a broom there. No matter what time of day. If my daughter and I are in there multiple days before the lunch rush and the floors are disgusting, that means it did not get cleaned the night before. Likewise with before dinner time. If we are literally the only ones in the store in line and the entire dining room is disgusting but there are at least 4 or 5 people behind the counter there is something wrong with that. I will not be going to this location when I am in South...

I live 25 minutes away and stopped in because their website gives you great opportunity to map out your food, I just recently started a new diet. I was excited because it affords me the ability to eat out and stay on track. We were patient while the store was handling everything but us ad then finally got to order. When we got home we noticed ingredients missing on my club sub in a bowl and when I called them instead of making it right, they offered extra bacon next time I come in. First off i am in a diet so not a great thing to offer, and I don't come in because I live 25 minutes away. I expressed this and she reaffirmed the next time i come in i can have extra bacon. So disappointed I won't ever be bac to this location. Shame on you...
