I am feeling frustrated with the staff at this location. My wife and I ordered a carry out order tonight and received exactly what we ordered, but what is bothering me is that I, while waiting to get my pizza, observed a young woman who seemed to be leading the shift at the time verbally criticize a fellow employee, the young man working in the front, for making a mistake on an order that I am sure could have been fixed easily. After the young man left the counter to clean up the dining area, I am sad to say that the young woman continued to talk badly about the young man and even said the he should be fired for mistakes he had made. This experience is frustrating to me because I feel that first, workers should not give feed back in front of customers, and second the young woman leading the crew at the time was very unprofessional in handling those who she seemed to be leading. Of course our pizza was great as it usually is, but I hope that this review reaches the management because it is sad to see young people verbally...

It’s been a couple of years since we got Two Jack’s (no fault of their own), but we decided to get some fancier pizza (fancier than Little Caesars) for New Years’ Eve. I was admittedly a little deterred by the more recent reviews about poor service and pizza, but we went for it anyways. (And now I’m writing this review to counter the negativity.)

I called in our order. The lady who answered was very professional, spoke clearly, and had my order in quickly and correctly. My husband picked up our food about 15-20 minutes later (as promised) with no issues. He commented that he’d never seen so many teenage girls working in one place (he counted about 12), but that wasn’t an issue, just an observation. (I’m betting they have fun working together.)

We got the BBQ chicken pizza and Buffalo chicken cheese sticks with ranch. They were delicious (the leftovers were even better). Zero complaints, very happy with our experience. I foresee...
