Windows!- A view of the skyline anywhere you sit. From one of the Two terraces, you have a straight view to the arch to the east, and to the south..skyline. The second terrace looks south. Had seats at the bar and had view of trains, the Metrolink, highway, construction cranes, parking, and of course the bartenders(sat across from where they mix drinks, received food ,and had the register)

Prices - 9$blackberry lemonade (tasty, yet a cheap daily batch) a lemon to garnish? Make it 10$ and spike an actual blackberry into it!! They had flights(tastings) of the house drinks.

Food- only went for drinks, but did get some appetizers. I saw food that did come out that looked good, sliders? (dish was quite presentable, if they were half as good as they looked they might have something).

Cleanliness - clean. Just tables ready to be bussed.

Signage...not to clear when you enter as you first nearly walk into the breakfast bar...before the front desk, a short peek around you'll find the elevators.

Staff- Two bartenders. One that complained aloud verbatim "this is a bar not a restaurant" who seemed to still be learning under the other bartender whose "it's my last day" attitude seethed through him pushing through his final day. They complained about being short staffed. Kitchen cook kept bringing out food to the bartenders was kind enough to find out the table, and serve the food directly to them. Thumbs up to him.

Overall I could not relax. The atmosphere felt rushed, yet empty. Bar only service was understandable but unnecessary. (One tends bar/helps expedite, one to take orders/serve, both help buss/clean).

I will be back, but it's mostly going to be for a drink, the terrace, and the view of the arch. Maybe it will be better...

This place was awful. When we got there we were told to take a seat anywhere (no problem!) then it took them 20-minutes to bring us a menu. And then another 20-minutes to even take our order. When we were finally able to put in an order (2 sandwiches and cheese sticks) it took 35-40 for part of the meal to show up (cheese sticks and one sandwich). And when we got the cheese sticks, half of them didn’t even have cheese in them! We were still waiting on one more sandwich for several minutes before asking wait staff where it would be. When we asked the wait staff about where it was they dismissed us and said “it’ll be out soon” or “it’s coming.” Then they proceeded to ignore us for another 40-minutes. When we finally got the dry, crusty chicken sandwich they said “sorry for the mix up.” What mix up? They never told us anything about what was going on. If we had known that they didn’t make the chicken sandwich we would have cancelled it and left. But instead, they ignored us the entire time and acted annoyed when we were asking about where it was (you know, the food we paid for). It was absolutely a horrible experience. If you’re looking for a fun, chill place to get drinks I would recommend literally anywhere else. It is overpriced for what you get and the wait times are outrageous for the simple menu items. In my opinion, it shouldn’t take 35-40 minutes for cheeseless cheese sticks to come out. Also, the cheese sticks looked old, they were a gray color after being cooked. The chicken sandwich was dry and barely contained any chicken and tasted like it was left under the heat lamp for an hour. Also, a note, we went an hour after opening and they were out of half of the menu. I would...

Definitely check this rooftop bar out! Atmosphere could be better with diversity in music. Food could be better with more options, even popcorn would help. Service was great thanks to Eli & Dom!

Dom made me love this bar. He is the real deal when it comes to bartending. Constantly cleaning, A++ in food handling, connecting with the guest and caring about our experience. A genuine, personable guy and makes the perfect drinks. My initial visit was with Bryce after that I honestly had no plans to return. Although a nice enough guy his lack of cleanliness left much to be desired. Bryce was eating at the bar while sitting on top of the bar-while serving guests. Never washing his hands before making drinks, or even after scratching in his nose. Luckily Ms Angela was serving my food or I would most certainly have left after my drink which I was overcharged for. Realized that at the next visit when I ordered the same drink with Dom. So if Dom and Eli are working I bet it’s gonna be a good time. They were customer service people and made a great team. Even taking care of me to make up for my not so great...

I guess all good things must come to an end at some point. We visited the UpBar a few times this past Fall and raved about the food. Well, my family and I went tonight and the menu has changed for the worst. I normally get the Everything Above so I can have a little bit of everything but everything was trash. I couldn't finish my food! The wings were gummy instead of crispy, the chicken and cheese on the nachos was minimum and bland, the ravioli contained some hard cheese no spinach, and the potstickers were eh. I feel like my soda was the best part. Sorry I wasted my money but lesson learned. The staff were ok and the view is nice but time to find a new spot. For the amount of money you spend, the quality of food should be better unless you're drunk. Some of the drinks look good... but good luck.

Low expectations for a hotel bar but extremely underwhelmed. We were sitting outside for about 20 minutes until we decided to order at the bar. We got our drinks immediately and decided to try outside one more time. The “server”, Jake, passed by us for about another 20 minutes when he finally decided we were worthy of menus. With both our drinks gone by this point and after another ten minutes, we walk in order more drinks at the bar and some food. The bartender, John, was really attentive, and food came out immediately. However, the food was subpar at best. We ordered potstickers and fried ravioli. It was as if we cooked it in our own air fryer. I recommend the cherry limeade drink, to go straight to the bar for service, and to hold off on eating.

Everything was pretty much on point with this place. They have fun events like open mic night and trivia etc. we went on open mic night. We were able to hear the performer from the entire rooftop which was great, very fun to be able to participate still! Our waitress was so nice and attentive. We brought the puppies in bags, they welcomed them with open arms. We got high noons but they also offer a variety of buckets and pitchers as well as small flights. Prices were moderate and the food wasn’t the best things we’ve ever tasted, but the vibes were on point. We went on a random Tuesday , I can only imagine what it’s like during the weekend or peak hours
