My father and I are both coffee lovers, usually making something we like at home but sometimes we venture out for a sweeter treat at a coffee shop. We'd previously not enjoyed an order we had at scooters but after receiving a coupon in the mail we decided to try again. We both ordered the a large Mr. Mint Mocha item (the current holiday collab, something else that excited us, is Candyland.) Unfortunately on first sip we both made a face. The coffee seemed watered down, and more drip pot flavored than espresso (what I'd typically expect from a $7 drink.) But arguably the worst part was the lack of mocha or mint. There was definitely a hint of mocha, but not nearly enough and literally no mint. Suffice to say neither of us finished the drinks, and we'll stick with Caribou or local favorite Rock Creek Coffeehouse for sweet coffee treats. 2 stars because the 2nd is for how nice the employees were.

In 1998 the first of drive-thru-only coffee chain opened its window and since then has expanded to 400 locations. Chain offers the likes of hot drinks, iced drinks, smoothies, blenders, teas and a limited menu of breakfast sandwiches, burritos and morning sweets. My Maple Waffle Sandwich was standard breakfast fare with two sweet waffles with sausage, egg and cheese sandwiched in between. The extra was the pup cup with whipped cream and a doggie biscuit for our four legged traveler. I think he would like to come again.

I love Scooters. Everything I’ve ordered has been excellent; from the drinks to the sandwiches in the morning. My personal issue, is that I just recently discovered they have RedBull Infusions (RedBull with Flavoring) for apps $6. I asked for lite ice cause who really needs all that ice tbh. Unfortunately when I got it, it wasn’t even filled to the rim. You’re telling me for ~$6 I can’t even get a full cup? Come on, do better Scooters

Went with my daughter to get the drink special for nurses week. Told them I was a nurse and was still charged the full amount. When I questioned the charge, the cashier became visually upset and stopped talking to us. She then handed the card back and walked away. She didn’t give us straws, and I waited for her to come back but she never did. If your specials are overwhelming for the workers, consider not using them to bring people to your store. The recent additions to the team haven’t had the best customer service. I know it’s a hard job, but it’s ok to fix things without...

I ordered the Carmel apple Red Bull fusion. Was handed the drink and knew something was off about it. I asked the girl at the window if there was Carmel she assured me there was and went right back to her cell phone. Well the cold foam is Carmel but they didn’t put Carmel drizzle on as the drink states it is supposed to. I called the store and told her there was a problem with the drink and she said “well the drizzle” has no flavor and doesn’t matter which is not true at all and was just gaslit over the phone about my order...
