Its no surprise that when you visit a fast food restaurant, your experiences will be varied depending on the day and time. There's no great way to review one, but after visiting this location many times, I believe I've come to at least somewhat of a conclusion of how I feel about this Arby's.
The food and pricing is exactly what you'd expect from an Arby's, and I've mostly never had a problem with either of those, given standard expectations for what they provide. However, when it comes to the staffing and the accuracy of the order, that's when the variables come in to play. There have been many times where I have visited, ordered my food, and received it as ordered with no issues in around five minutes. There have been times when I get my food fast, but they don't make the order correctly and they have to remake something. And other times, like the last time that I visited, where not only did we not get our food for about fifteen minutes, but the order was then made incorrectly, but we accepted it anyway since we didn't want to wait.
The employees are friendly enough, but there was really no urgency to their steps, and they seemed almost too laid back. At other Arby's, I've seen managers walking around, speaking with the customers, and even helping make the food, but I couldn't tell who the manager was at this location, and never got any apologies when the order was made incorrectly or delayed heavily.
Based on these observations, I'd say that getting food at this Arby's is just exactly what it is. Arby's still tastes good, so there are no complaints there. But the service is the thing that determines the value of the review. You're going for fast food, and you might get it fast, or you might get some food, but you may not...

Read moreI would give this at least four stars but because of the curly fries, I just can't do that. My mom asked for a roast beef max sandwich and I wanted a three cheese angus sandwich. She also wanted fresh curly fries, size medium. When we got home, the curly fries looked like they had been fragments from the bottom of the bag. Plus, they were hard. I couldn't eat anymore of them but our sandwiches tasted good. When I used to work there almost two years ago, I observed one of the managers, the short dark skin black skinny lady redrop some fries that had been already cooked back into the grease. I saw her do some potato cakes like that, too. "Those will be greasy and nasty" I said in my head. Just imagine how already been cooked curly fries and potato cakes that had been redropped would taste, thinking you are getting fresh food. Most likely hard, greasy, and nasty. The only thing hard or redropped fries are good for is going in the trash. I find redropped or hard fries pretty much inedible; I...
