I would really give it even a worse score, but I’m trying to be nice, the manager was super unprofessional, but I’m not sure. I guess what I can expect at a Jimmy John’s but then again the last Jimmy John’s we went to in Columbia, Missouri. The people were super nice, helpful, and professional. This lady had literal pajama pants on and flip-flops with no socks at work Totally unprofessional so I guess from the top down you could expect what was happening next. The person who took the order was nice enough, and he did pay attention to detail, but the people in the back who did the sandwiches were totally incapable of following the directions that he gave them on the receipt which all you have to do is read the directions and make the sandwich as it is on the receipt. They try to get too many chefs in the kitchen, literally and it was a disaster and chaos, at least half of our sandwiches were wrong. They missed sandwiches. One of our Young ladies had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. It was just ridiculous, we went to Jimmy John’s because we are big group and we’re in a rush and of course you know Jimmy John’s is supposedly freaky fast. This was not only freaky fast. It was freakishly, slow, unprofessional, and inaccurate. If you can go to a different location definitely do so. Do you even make it worse it seemed like a general manager or someone else higher up. Was there as well and just watch the whole debacle unfold because she was in total street clothes no apron or anything and older lady and seem to have her Grandchildren or something eating at the restaurant as well so she was going back-and-forth to her grandchildren and then back in the back of the kitchen managing people making sandwiches, which again was horrible management because the sandwiches were inaccurate so an hour later we got to leave the restaurant when we were supposed to be in and out and probably 20 minutes. Go to a different location if you can this place will probably leave you frustrated. To add matters worse, I asked for a receipt. Read moreI ordered a sandwich through the app, when I came to pick it up thru the drive thru, there was a chair blocking the entrance but no signage. I drive to the speaker, no signage but no one attended. I drove thru the window and a lady just yelled at me “drive thru closed” but the window was open. I asked about my order and I was asked to come in. After telling the front person that i was picking up, she said she had no order in my name. She asked me to pull out my order, which I did and showed her. Finally she told me it would take 10 minutes because the bread was cooling. I understand that there will be roadblocks in every job, but the way in which you communicate this to clients is essential in the service industry. A sign on the chair blocking the drive thru would be ok. Someone yelling at you drive thru closed is not. After she saw that I pulled my order, she then confirmed my order was received. A little bit of courtesy makes all the difference. Last time I order from this Jimmy John’s, I rather drive up a few miles or just avoid JJ’s at all. Sad experience, poor customer service. The inside of the store was clean, I am guessing due to the lack of clients anyway.
Edit 04/23/2025: Thank you for your answer, I have shared the review on the website. I should add now that I am not so upset, that I have ordered here previously multiple times and this is the first bad experience I’ve had. Maybe this was a one time off and probably deserves another try sometime in the future. I will happily add an update when I do come back.

I am happy to say that I returned via online order. The drive thru was working, within 10 minutes of ordering, my sandwich was perfectly done and toasted. The crew working was very friendly, professional, clean and fast. The sandwich was made to perfection, not saggy, not sloppy, just delightful!

Read moreI called for delivery 3 times , 2 times out of 3 I was put on the hold without no reason in the middle of order where noone hot back to me and where I heard how the same person was taking the order from the different person asking the same questions . Person who works up there name is Aaron he asked me twice what is my phone number and told me twice wrong address, on the third time he took my order and told me that my address is changed, so everything did sound okay, after 30 min driver called me and told me that he is outside I went downstair and he told me that he is on that other address that was showing under my phone number, okay, so I told driver my address and explained him what was the situation and that they have to give me this order for free,after that he told me that he is on his way and he got my order, after 15 min I got a call back from Aaron and he said and they made a mistake and they mixed up the orders, and thay I will be credited for this, I told them that I dont care about the credit I just need that food to be delivered to my address, the answer that he gave me shocked me a little bit,he said that they are out of bread and they cannot make the order, and he asked me about my phone number again and he named different street address after he told me that he changed it couple of minutes ago. So after 15 more minutes poor drived showed up and handed me the sandwiches and left.
