The service was incredible. Greeted with a smile by the owner and he was incredible and patient while sharing the menu options.
The brisket was setting when I came, so I questioned the Turkey Leg’s tenderness. “If I order a turkey leg, will I be able to walk around with the bone in my hand, or will I need a fork?” He proudly responded, “You can’t hold this up, you’re gonna need a fork!”
Right answer!!!
I ordered the Turkey Leg and Collard Greens. He also blessed me with the potato salad and banana pudding.
Liiiiiistennnn.
The turkey leg was TENDAAA! Fork ready, sitting in its own flavorful broth. chefs kiss
The collards have smoked meat in them, and add a lil spice that you didn’t expect, but definitely appreciate. Now, I don’t eat potato salad, but The potato salad was top tier. A hint of sweet, yet delightful! I truly enjoyed it.
The banana pudding… yoooo!!!! It’s so creamy, full of wafers. Definitely a win!
Overall I’m extremely pleased with my meal. The food was so good that I’m going to make sure to stop by every time I hit...

Won my attentions!, and my money 🤣 The Turkey leg was so juicy, tender and literally falling off the bone 🤦🏽♀️🤤 I asked about their potato salad and explained to Mr. Ricky I’m picky about my potato salad. He assured me I would not be disappointed. HE WAS RIGHT! Good ole St. Louis potato salad 🤤Yummmm! I sooo miss good food. My pregnant daughter, my sister and I were satisfied with our meal that we were too tired to shop anymore🤪 Stuffed and satisfied. I tell you besides the wonderful hospitality and customer service we received, THE FOOD was delicious and satisfying 🥰 I highly recommend if you are in Soulard to stop buy MOSITO’s and sit down and enjoy the food that is made...
Read moreThe customer service is AMAZING. Walking into the Soulard Market space felt like home. Seating is limited but it’s family style, so it works great for the space. Service is quick. The menu items I wanted were out, but he still offered to feed us with a sample of banana pudding. If I remember correctly he said “I’m sorry, but let me still feed you”. I love that! If you love cookies in your banana pudding this is the place for you! I didn’t order any food but my family said the turkey leg and rib tips were a hit! The greens also have comeback. Hope to visit again earlier so I can order before things start selling out. Oh and even though our food was to go, he offered to let us see it before packing it up. Again, amazing...
