I have been ordering the Antipasto salad for years to go at lunch. I ask to sub black olives for green olives, green pepper for banana peppers which they have always done. When I picked up my salad this time, the young man told me I had to pay extra for the 2 additional ingredients. I explained it was a substitute and he said I don't have a button on my register to do that. I paid the difference anyway and left. When I got back to work my salad was full of GREEN PEPPERS which I hate. I paid extra to get an ingredient that comes in there anyway that I hate. I also paid extra for green olives and I didn't get an olive in the salad, Salad was full of white core lettuce too. I called to talk to Manager 2 days later and the young man who I hope was not a Mgr. didn't apologize or offer to do anything. He was totally unprofessional and just sat there. He said I waited to long to complain. All I wanted was this salad at n/c next time around. Is that too much to ask? I think if Mgr. or Owner knew they would not be happy. I...

With recent efforts to standardize, and cut cost. Most pizza chains taste slighter better than frozen supermarket pizza boxes. Pizza hut included. But after working a while at wholefoods I experienced Jetts pizza because management would treat us sometimes for reaching storewide achievements. ( and just because on holidays) jetts shot me back to 1990. Even with the tiny white plastic table in the box to stop the cardboard from sticking to your cheese. Buttery crust. Flavorful cheese, and crust with a slight crunch but soft and warm inside. Thank you Jetts for making me belive in pizza again without charging Bearnos and...
Read moreThere salads are poorly made Greek salad 10.99 should get u a lot of toppings. Not what I got. Look at the pics almost no feta , one beet, a few pepperoncini, 5 cherry tomatoes and a bunch of lettuce, pathetic. For 10.99 you should be getting a dinner salad that fills u up. Not a bunch of lettuce . I felt ripped off. I found that the quality varies greatly from store to store. I recommend the highlands location over this one, they make much nicer quality salads.toppings beautifully arranged and plentiful. I also made a complaint on the corporate website and never received a response. Another indicator of poor service . I guess because it’s a franchise some just have poor management I.e. the Hubbard lane Location. Do yourself a favor and go to the highlands...
