I experienced the worse shopping experience ever in my life! August 6th I went there to school shop for my kids. As soon as I walked through the door LP followed me around. I have never stolen anything in my life! I picked up three things, paid for them and left. I wanted to cry so bad. I wasnāt finished shopping so I went to Ross across the street and the same BLACK MALE LP FOLLOWED ME THERE. He was on my tail in Ross as well so I ended my shopping time, went to the cash register and I heard the cashier say āin her ear pieceā to stand down she paid for everything. Maybe I didnāt look like I could afford to shop. I was fresh off from work. I do physical work inside a warehouse so yes Iām sure I looked crazy. I was 95 degrees outside that. LP PLEASE DO BETTER. There was what I thought a gentleman (store associate) with very well groom appearance sitting in the floor sorting through wallets and purses. He saw me looking through the purses at length. He never mention that he had Kate Spade change purses he just put out for $30. Immediately I felt overlooked and not considered to be worthy of the same information he offer freely to the 2 ladies that walked up well after 15 min of me looking at the purses around him. In my case I have to drive over an hour there with a defective car seat I ordered then waited almost 2wks for it to be shipped to me just to find out if the store will accept my return or not. I ordered thru Nordstrom because ācustomer satisfaction is our goalā. Thatās a lie. I will never shop at any Nordstrom, Nordstrom rack or any of its affiliates again! My son is now without a proper car seat for even longer thanks to this store! How horrible!
