Absolutely do NOT go to this location. This is by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had—and I’ve visited many locations across the country.
The staff here is incredibly slow, inefficient, and borderline indifferent. They seem overly relaxed, even giggling and chatting with each other while customers are lined up waiting. At one point, something spilled or dropped, and instead of responding quickly, they just laughed it off. Mistakes happen, but there’s a time and place for joking around—and it’s not while customers are waiting and service is already dragging.
I saw a staff member struggling to complete drinks due to an issue with the faucet. Meanwhile, two other employees nearby were just standing around talking. The drinks were clearly ready—just needed lids—but they completely ignored the situation.
Sanitation was the biggest issue. Behind the coffee bar, where customers can see, there were long-standing coffee stains and grime that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. All of the fridge doors were sticky and stained, and worst of all, the store had a foul odor—possibly from the bathroom area. Totally unacceptable.

Read more3/24/24, did you rehire all of the clowns that you fired? Explain how a drink takes 20 minutes to prepare, and still not ready when I get there.
Why does this location get to make up it's own rules, and not follow proper closing times? Lobby always closed and they force you to sit in the long a$$ drive thru line.
If you don't mind walking through the cancer smoke gang, trying to get to your drink/food, it's a good location. Back story: before the renovation, a group of old dudes would post up inside playing dominoes or something seemingly 24/7. Now, they took away their big tables inside, so they play/loiter right outside entrance, smoking cigarettes/cigars all day. You have to walk through the cloud of cancer to get inside. Very annoying. I would say go through the drive-thru, but that line gets stupid long, and you annoy the people trying to get to the pet shop.

Read moreI don't even know where to start. I went therr for the very first time and I can tell you I will not return. The service was terrible. Let's start wih the appearance of the shop. Not organized and here is no clear area to 'start' a line. The girl at the register was 'ok'. Not great. Quite cold pushing to 'rude' but tolerable I guess. The barista on the other has was flat out rude. I got a mix of coffee drinks and teas. I was missing a tea and asked the barista if she could please ask the girl at the register if she got my second tea and I got a rude answer 'this is the coffee bar. We don't make teas here. You have to ask at the register' clearly she couldn't ask for me. Then she brought my coffee and i opened it. I asked NICELY if she could make my drink with no room to which she replied 'you have to ask at the front your drink with no room next time'... all this clearly upset and with an attitude. Clearly Karma needed to teach this girl some customer service and she spilled all the hot coffee on herself when she went to grab my cup but my point is: you don't like dealing with people, get another job!
