Manny the ASM at the location came over to address the situation. After hearing both sides of the story he abruptly apologized and resolved a lot of the issues that happen. Between Manny and the owners husband. Me and my wife will be returning and hopefully everyone can follow suit of good customer service. I’m bumping to 5 stars because of you.

Amazing customer service. ——————————————————————— Previous statement: Went to this smoothie bar for the first time for my pregnant wife and was greeted by a taller black man. He was very kind. Ordered a few times as I work very close. Recently my wife can only have certain foods and places an order online for flat bread only chicken and came to $11! No chips or fixings. I was highly upset and current management a young man and black young lady adjusted it to $5 which what it should be for less than half a cup of chicken and a piece of bread. I got this order a total of 3 times. Until one day I came in and was told they have to charge me $8.99 I was shocked because the owner said they can no longer do it. Instead of compensating a regular customer atleast for the last minute change the young Latino lady and black lady just stared at me as if they’re saying get over it. I don’t appreciate bad customer service but I see where they get it from. I got a call from the owner and she said that’s what we charge and pretty to take it or leave it. You can guess what I did.
It baffles me that certain people can walk in and get deals but you pick and chose for your certain customers. As my friend went in after me and got it cheaper
No longer supporting this facility or franchise. I highly suggest support your local corporate tropical smoothie as prejudiced owners are what makes it hard to support thaws type...

This place is GREAT .. I had a chicken bacon ranch flatbread ...very flavorful...a detox smoothie Smooth and tasty...and a great kale and apple salad. I'd go back just for the salad for a quick fix snack. This is the healthiest to go meal I have had since who knows when. I figured I'd try this place to support new neighborhood business. There were flyers delivered with coupons...I was grateful for the coupon since I'm out of work . I plan on returning and trying more smoothies and sandwiches. This is whole lot better and healthier than some other to go fast food places. If you have kids... Get them a smoothie..better than a slurpee.😊 Thanks to the owner and staff...welcome to Burbank.

Love that this fresh and healthy menu-based location is in the area. This is definitely a gem considering that this location/neighborhood is pretty much surrounded by several other restaurants that are either of the same food types or generally just have greasy foods. A perfect spot to refresh yourself with one of their menu items, to try something different than what’s in the area, and although the inside is small- you can sit inside and rest for a bit. I’ve been waiting for a place like this to be in the neighborhood!(-:
