[Saturday June 26, 2020] Seating was great. 30 minutes 2 other people were seated adjacent to our booth; less than 6 ft... when they clearly could have been accommodated at much safer distance; because the restaurant was not crowded around 12n today! I asked for hot water... The waitress returned with hot water in a coffee urn that apparently hadn't been properly washed !! OMG! đđˇđˇđˇ I poured water into my coffee cup: and it looked like weak hot chocolate!!! That was terrible! My husband asked her to take it back... She only wanted hot water ... The waitress replied..."Oh they must have thought I needed a tea". (THERE WAS NOT A TEA BAG ANYWHERE). My response was, "No... Could I please have a bottled water ??" At that point that was enough indication that this was not in my best interest amid a pandemic! I didnt want to disappoint my spouse who really enjoys coming here; so I only asked for an appetizer. Of course I remained on high alert while eating! Anyway, I was given a bottled water along with a cup of ice... đ I don't think we will be going back. Plus, the Menu Selection has been reduced significantly due to the Coronavirus! Also, a lot of the deserts are not being...

As i was trying to decide what to have as an entree, .our server...i cant remember her name now recommended the Hibachi Shrimp or Chicken. It was an excellent choice. It had 5 of my favourite elements...rice, broccoli florets, onions, shrimp and teriyaki sauce. I can do without red pepperstrips. It was very tasty and perfectly cooked. It was a bit saltier than my Dr. would like...but screw it...i'm on vacation!!!!.it was still delicious and i will order it again and again whenever i go to a Perkins until it gets taken off the menu!!!! Umm! Umm@ ummmm! My friend decided to forgo tbe soup and just had a slice of PB silk pie and coffee. She really liked the pie. She lives in Massachusetts...they dont have Perkins. They have Marie Callenders (great pies too!) now and another place i no longer remember the name of. I lived in Boston Area over 30 yrs ago. Lots of good...
Read moreWell, I more so enjoy leaving wonderful reviews for people, but not this time. We were seated very quickly, which was great, but the rest of the experience was terrible. We waited and waited for our food. When I inquired about the status of the order, the server (Linda) got very nasty with me and stated, âWe donât have any help.â Mind you, she never checked in on our table, asked to refresh drinks, and I had to be the one to ask. Okay, so theyâre shorthanded, that can be understood and excused in todayâs world. However, the food came and it was extremely cold. I donât want to eat cold biscuits and gravy. I just donât. I asked her kindly to take it back and that I didnât want anything else. She grabbed the food out of my hand, raised her voice to my party and asked about othersâ food as if I was delusional. She was very very nasty. After waiting over 40 minutes for biscuits and eggs, having them cold was...
