I went in there one day last week to ask about my options if I was going on vacation for a long time. First there were two associates and both of them were helping other customers. I waited about 15 mins and then asked if it is ok to come back if its going to be a while. As I was asking this of one associate the other one was almost done seeing the customer she had. As soon as she was done she totally ignored me and left without even saying someone will be with you or anything. So I left too and came back 15-20 mins later. Once I came back there were again 2 associates theres and none of them had customers. So the person from earlier who I asked if I should just come back was really nice to me and started to talk to me. 5 mins in to the conversation their store phone starts ringing. The male associate sitting in the back on his phone takes off to the back room and there girl who was helping me is now really nervous as phone is ringing and no one is answering it. So she says excuse me and takes the call. Ok no problem at all. She stays on the phone answering all their questions for approximately 15 mins. The entire time she is on the phone she has her back at me. That's when I had enough and unfortunately I had to leave without being helped. Even when I was trying to be nice and offered to come back when they were busy. We were lied to about a product that was in a supposed promotion and now paying for. come to find out there was none at the time of sale. My wife went in to find out what was going on. When she was talking to the manager. Justin the employee that lied to us the first time was talking to another customer that was in the facility about my wife and our situation. The manager could do nothing. So my wife waited for Justin to be done with the customer. He never denied lying and basically told us there is nothing we could do since the 14 day window is over. Well thats because we didnt have the bill for 30 days. This was beyond ridiculous. We have both been with at&t for years and now are trying to get out. Its insane the amount of lies and manipulating they can do and get away with it. Its unprofessional and unpleasant. I would try going to Hanover or Westminster if you have to. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow about the whole incident. I hope something is done about this so no one else is taken advantage of and lied to...
Read moreThis is my 2nd review because my issue is not solved and nobody is answering my calls or emails. An employee from this store (who no longer works there) ordered the wrong phone for me and then when the store insisted I had to return it via USPS, it was stolen and now they are forcing me to pay not only the full $1400 from the phone, but the taxes and fees and everything. They will not help and say that I have to file through USPS, who told me it was not an insured package. I had nothing to do with ordering or returning the phone, I couldn’t have picked an insured option, plus I wanted to do an in store return since the phone is not the one I needed and it was an associate’s mistake. they also will not give me the random device that showed up in the box that was shipped which would help me figure out who stole and swapped out the phone I am being forced to pay for. Purely a scam and I will not be quiet about this ridiculous situation!! The pictures I received of the box that arrived at the facility are clearly cut open and retaped.
