Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Straban Township

I would first like to say how wonderful this papa John’s location is! Their food and service is top noch! I have never had a bad experience here. We order pizza from this location from time to time. Due to the weather we were unable to pick up our pizza this time. So we decided to have it delivered to our house. What a pleasant surprise! The pizza arrived hot and in a very timely fashion! The delivery driver (younger teen, If I recall correctly, his name was David) was extremely friendly! My wife and I could not of had a better experience with our first time getting delivery from this location! We highly recommend it!! I called the Gettysburg, PA Papa John’s and ordered a medium pizza, eight piece wings and a 2 L bottle of soda. They asked me if I wanted to place a tip, I told them I would tip six dollars. That brings my total to $30 and change. They ended up only delivering a 12 inch pizza with pepperoni and no wings. I asked the delivery driver about the missing wings and she said she would talk to her manager because they were not on the order. Last time we ordered extra sauces and extra peppers we didnt get them and we were charged for them. I called in to the manager an she said she couldn't give my money back and that we didnt order extra stuff. She wasn't pleasant I was angry. But now when we order we make sure we just dont buy extra stuff it's not worth not knowing if we will get it. It's a shame we love papa John's. But management needs help.
