This is easily the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. We were coming from out of town and only stopped because we had a gift card. We placed a mobile order at about 9:30am and the app said it would be ready by 9:58am…I’m sorry but 30 mins for two coffees???? I understand yall are busy but that is absolutely insane. Anyway, we arrive and go inside. The name for our order is called out but it’s only one drink. They told us they would bring us our other drink as soon as it was done. We ended up waiting for over 20 minutes for the second drink. After waiting and not receiving the drink, I went up to the register and told them I’d been waiting for over 20 mins for my second drink. They handed me the coffee, which was now cold at that point, and said they were sorry they forgot about us. They then tried to tell me they didn’t give it to me because they thought we were picking it up via drive thru…even though we picked up the first drink in the store. They then gave us a gift card for $4 to “cover” the drink next time we come. I tried to appreciate the gesture, but $4?!? The first drink that came out was an iced pumpkin nitro brew. The second that came out was a pumpkin spice that was only 3/4 of the way full and the third one wasn't filled to the top either. Not sure why they are giving 12oz instead of the 16oz you normally expect from a grande.
Thought I would share photos of the drinks (see attached) so you can understand what happened. They did attempt to make this right but even the last drink (far left) was not filled to the top. This experience is why I gave 4 stars instead of something lower but I thought it might be of interest to management and customers alike.
Side note - The inside cafe is closed and Starbucks is only accepting mobile or drive through orders. To be fair, the drive through was overflowing full. I imagine this situation would have been very difficult to rectify if we had gone through the...

After 10 mins of waiting we get our sandwiches. We realize after time went on, they don’t care about the people inside, they prioritize the drive thru. 15 minutes after getting our microwaved sandwich’s we finally get our drinks. 25-30 mins for 2 COLD drinks and two sandwiches.
