Absolutely terrible customer service and one of the rudest Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had multiple bad incidents here but this morning at 8:30 am I went to go get my morning coffee thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order had the rudest tone and snapped at me while I was just waiting patiently to be greeted. The kind lady in front of me was nice enough to pay for my order and it brightened up my morning until I pulled up to receive my order and heard your employees gossiping and talking about how “oh he’s probably not even gonna pay it forward”. Can you tell your employees to at least make sure they close the window before they start talking trash on your customers? Read moreMy husband and I bought breakfast for our family here yesterday. The service, speed, cleanliness, etc were fine, my problem is with the declining quality of Dunkin's products. The coffee is meh, I make much better and much cheaper coffee at home, and tbh, gas station coffee is now better in most cases.The baked goods are just not good, especially when you factor in the ridiculously high prices. I know they stopped making their baked goods on-site ages ago, but they were OK for quite a while. The past several purchases, maybe over the past year as I don't go often, have been just gross. Hard, dry bagels and the donuts have gotten smaller and more tasteless as the prices have climbed. Read moreMy daughter is loving the sunrise batch. Apparently today is the last day so we needed to go get her last medium with almond milk and caramel. We ordered in the app. Only issue is you cannot request whipped cream in the app or say no ice. Actual order was perfect as per app input.
Update: Last night went to the store and whomever was working drive thru was phenomenal. Not sure how many people may have been working but I only saw her.
The only issue with this location is the speed of the employees overall. No matter what time of day we come, my order is never ready and I've waited over 10 minutes to get my items (and I ordered in the app).
