The first few times we ordered it was great but this last time it was unbelievable how rude they were! My boyfriend went out to get the order and told the delivery driver he had exact change that he should get 7 dollars back and if he could have them back in singles (so he could give him a tip) the driver then said "what no tip" my bf responded with excuse me? the driver repeated himself with an attitude my boyfriend then responded no no tip not now that you asked for it now please give me my change. As soon as my boyfriend reentered the house he got a phone call from the restaurant asking him why he did not tip the driver telling him that its included,my boyfriend was outraged and said excuse me a tip is a luxury it out of my digression i worked for my money not to hand it out to someone who is being rude and expecting one,I can't believe they had the audacity to call him and question him,that is extremely unprofessional i will never order...

The server was rude and did not speak English to good. The menus were disgusting and looked like they had never been cleaned. Coverd with old food and fingerprints. They​ advertise that there seaseme chicken is made with all white meat but there dishonest and really its leg/thigh meat. Theese scammers charge $15.00 and the don't even tell you what there really using in your food. All the drinks were piss warm and I had to ask the waitress to bring ice more than 2 times. Sushi was cut incorrectly and the pieces of fish were very thick. So thick that it defeats the purpose of getting sushi. Stay away from the fried noodles that they give you as soon as you sit down. They leave them stacked in trays in the back uncovered and stacked on top of one another (health code violation). Overall this place looks nice...

Hello Stratfordites and sushi lovers. Today, 5/15/2020, me and my wife, decided to go "sushigalore" again for the first time since the pandemic started. My family and I have been customers there for over 5 + years now ( delivery only). Tonight, I'm glad to report that nothing has change in the quality, service and delivery of their fine products. Yes, it was a moment of concerns to make the decision of ordering sushi but, again, let science dictate the facts, not our fears. I usually speak with Tiffany when I order but tonight, another familiar voice came instead ( a gentleman that I recognize from before). My point tonight: we had a great dinner and all is well . Let's support our local economies, stay strong, stay healthy. Together, we will go thru this...but , we need each others. Thank you, Vince...
