Brewed Caffè — Restaurant in Stroudsburg

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As you can see from some of her responses to some reviews, she is very confrontational and aggressive. In one of her previous responses she tries to blame the review on a disability but whether you have a disability or not there is a way to treat your customers. I usually don't leave reviews but, while I was waiting to place my order the owner was serving a few customers and one of them had a very small dog in their purse. She noticed the dog and gave them everything they purchased. She waited until a few more people came into the store and she decided to yell across the counter telling the group with the dog they weren't allowed to have a dog in her café. It was very embarrassing and even after the group said it was a service dog and tried to explain she continued to yell at them making them uncomfortable while they were packing u to leave. After the group left she got into another yelling match with another innocent woman that was trying to calmly explain to her that what she did was wrong but she didn't care. She made that group uncomfortable enough to leave as well. I would never go back again and I cant wait to see her reply to...

If you're in Stroudsburg and are looking for a quaint, delicious small family owned place to grab a bite, I highly recommend the Brewed Caffe. Their cakes range from tiramisu to tartlets, and so much in between. The staff is very friendly and was knowledgable enough to answer all the questions i had had. if I could give half a star I would give her a 4.5 in atmosphere only because her menus are written on neat paper posters but I know someone else may dislike that. As someone who’s actively boycotting, this place is an amazing alternative, because she seemingly has everything you may want from Starbs or DD. She seems like a sweet professional older woman and her homemade snickerdoodle cookie and the caramel pecan espresso frappe made me a returning customer....
