⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hadn't been to this local restaurant in a while so with the new business taking over we decided to stop in-so glad we did! As soon as you walk in everything is different. It’s bright and welcoming!

The food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and the fish and chips-both were 10/10. Full of flavor & super satisfying. We had two rounds of strawberry margaritas because they were just that good! That crème brûlée cheese cake? Something we’ve never had anywhere else, the perfect sweet ending to a great meal.

This historic restaurant location is under new management, and it really shows. The new owner, Linda, came by our table personally and was so warm, friendly, and attentive. She genuinely cared about our experience, asked for our feedback, and made us feel heard and valued. It's rare to see an owner that involved — every time we looked around, she was checking in with other tables, chatting, and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. She seems like the perfect fit to take this local restaurant to the next level. The atmosphere was great with live music, and the overall vibe was welcoming and fun. From start to finish, the experience was seamless thanks to the exceptional care and professionalism of the entire Vault team. A special thank you to Linda, Co-Owner, for her leadership and gracious support; to Edwin, Event Coordinator, for his attentiveness and skill in bringing every detail to life; and to Rocky and Desiree, whose warmth and expertise behind the bar elevated the evening for all our guests.

The team at The Vault not only understood our vision but also fully embraced it. They went above and beyond, even helping us craft our signature cocktail for the evening, the Aperol Cider Spritz. Their flexibility and creativity allowed us to transform their private event space into something truly magical.

The Vault 636 team exemplifies what it means to be true event hosts. We are beyond grateful for their partnership and cannot recommend them highly enough. Vault 636 is hands down our new favorite spot! We started with the shrimp appetizer and the pork belly bites (which are to die for), then had the fish and chips that were amazingly delicious. For dessert, the crème brûlée was so good I could honestly eat it every day.

The drinks are just as impressive—we tried the lychee martini, the s’mores old fashioned, and the Offshore Account, and each one was outstanding.

The space itself has been completely updated. What used to feel dark and dim now feels bright, fresh, and welcoming. They even upgraded to bigger TVs, which makes it the perfect place to catch games—I’ll definitely be spending the upcoming football season here.

On top of all that, the new owner, Linda, is amazing. You’ll see her walking around with a smile, helping out and making sure everything is perfect. It’s rare to see owners so involved, and it makes the whole experience feel even more welcoming.
