What happened to the quality of their food?? I ordered last night and spent $84 on 3 meals only for all 3 of us to be disappointed! We got the trio with lasagna, chicken Parm and fettuccine and a soup the lasagna looked like it was scraps they threw together no shape nothing and honestly tasted bad I've had frozen lasagna better than that! The churn Parm was so dry because it was over cooked my father wasn't able to eat it he had 2 bites off chicken Parm and q of the scraps lasagna and put it down he was only able to have the soup and bread mostly bc the actual food was horrible.
My husband got the chicken trio which was his favorite.... Portions have been cut since last time we ordered which was disappointing but also the chicken once again was overcooked on his meal as well!
I ordered the shrimp and scallops with a crust on it it was my first time ordering it... For $28 bucks i received 4 scallops and 3 shrimps a salad and fettuccine the scallops were UNDERCOOKED and the shrimp 2 of them overcooked and 1 undercooked
We made the mistake of ordering last night at around 9:20 last night and i realized after i ordered that they close at 10pm i HOPED they wouldn't screw up my order but this was just wow! We're never ordering from here again they sure as hell did us dirty JUST because we ordered closed to their closing time they had no quality control at all everything was tossed the presentation and food itself were just horrible and not up to the normal Carrabba's standard I rather spend my money somewhere else not sure what happened to this place but if they treat others foods this way this location won't be around...
Read moreI had such a fantastic experience at this Carrabba’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, clean, and full of good energy. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, we never once felt overlooked or unimportant. Every member of the staff made sure we were taken care of. The hosts greeted us with smiles and got us seated very quickly, and from there on everything just kept getting better.
Our server, Adam, was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. He checked in at all the right times, made great menu recommendations, and had such a positive attitude that it really added to the experience.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Jen, the new proprietor, and she was excellent as well! She came by to check on us personally, introduced herself, and made sure we were having a great experience. You can tell she’s really passionate about the restaurant and dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both the guests and the staff. Which, if I do say so myself, she’s doing an incredible job!
The food was outstanding as well! Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. From the appetizers to the entrées, every bite was delicious. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful too! I was pleasantly surprised!
Overall, this Carrabba’s completely exceeded my expectations. Between the amazing service from Adam, the warm hospitality from Jen, and the all around great atmosphere, it was a perfect dining experience. I’ll definitely...
