I don't know what manager all these other reviews were referring to because it could not have been the manager I dealt with tonight. The night shift manager (didn't catch his name) was absolutely so sweet to me even the 2 other workers I saw there/ dealt with tonight too. My fries wereordered with only Cajun seasoning often times the Wingstop closer to my house which isn't this location puts both seasonings like fry seasoning goes on by default but it doesn't I selected only Cajun, no biggie it happens they offered to remake them and I gladly accepted. While waiting the 3 minutes for the remake to happen the manager himself tried a pinch of the fry seasoning and agreed himself that it tastes like it has some sweetness to it! Finally I didn't feel crazy for telling Wingstop employees to not put sugar on my fries!! Gave me 3 cups of ranch that were going to end up being thrown out in a few minutes when they closed the store anyways!! Absolutely so grateful and will be returning! (Sidenote my order was placed at like 1210am and I came for pickup at 1240am when they close at 1 not something I normally do - go right before closing but I'm so glad they took care of me even when I was picky with a smile on...
Read moreI am only gave them one star because I had to...they earned a zero in all areas. This was the worse $40 I have spent in a long time. And my order was not complete when I got my bag home! So I call up to let them know i was missing a 10 piece. I got hung up on. I called back and asked if he needed my name. He said no to just bring my reciept back. That will not happen. I will not step back into that place...it was dirty. The drink machine was out of Dr. Pepper and Coke. I got straight carbonation in the cup. My kids did not like the wings. The wings were extremely greasy. They had alot of chew parts in them. I would not know myself because I didn't get my order I will say the fries were ok. But not good enough to bring us back. The over place were dirty...and you guys know I take customer service very seriously. The lack of concern when I called tells the story right there....
Read moreI rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service experience here was frustrating enough to speak up. I reached out for help expecting at least basic support, but instead was met with unresponsiveness, lack of follow-through, and at times, flat-out dismissiveness.
What’s worse is that simple issues took forever to resolve — if they were even addressed at all. I felt like I was being bounced around with no clear answers, and no one seemed genuinely interested in helping. When you advertise customer service as a priority, people expect to be treated with respect and urgency.
I hope this company seriously reconsiders how they train and manage their support teams, because right now, it feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience instead...
