The cashier was very nice. However, there was clearly too few people working (a cashier, someone making smoothies, and someone cooking in the back). And the employees were rude to each other. I was only second in line and they seriously struggled with my order. My smoothie were made incorrectly (I had ordered 5 smoothies, 3 adults and 2 kids) and 2 of them were made wrong. I questioned the smoothies and the cashier spoke to the lady making the smoothies, her reply was very rude to the cashier basically telling her it was her fault they were made wrong because she entered them incorrectly (though the receipt I received had it all correct). Of the meals I ordered the chips had been forgotten (I remembered after getting into the car and I ended up going back inside for them). One of the meals I ordered was the Thai Chicken Wrap but I asked for the vegetarian chicken instead. When I got home and opened meal I had no chicken and no vegetarian chicken, it was basically lettuce and carrots with sauce. I called to complain and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message but didn't get a return call until much later when I wasn't able to answer. Read moreThis location is clearly labeled as requiring a mask prior to entering. While there, two customers entered without a mask present. My smoothie was placed on the counter without getting my attention. The first maskless customer walked up and was touching my drink. Eventually the cashier looked at the smoothie and told me it was mine. I asked her "if it is posted that masks are required prior to entering, why are they serving those who don't follow the policy?" She shrugged and said she didn't know.
In addition, I was unable to scan the receipt for my rewards and the banana was actually exposed on the end. So the fruit was exposed to the air, and it seemed to have gone bad at that point. It was pretty soft, so that was thrown away.
Not my typical experience for this location.

Read moreI have never had an issue with the food. What I consistently have an issue with the timeliness of how they complete their orders. Another issue is the apps that use this location. Do Not message me notifying me that my order is ready for pickup when you know good and well that it isn’t. My time is valuable and I would appreciate it if you, as a business, would not continue to waste it. My family went to pick up my order, that was “ready” and waited for 30 minutes. Why? How? This isn’t a sit down restaurant with fresh, made to order meals. It should never that this long for a franchised business to make fast food. Ever!!! Sadly this will be the last time I order from this location. On too many occasions this location has proven to me that my money means more that the quality of business and customer service....
