Pearl Dynasty — Restaurant in Sugar Land

PLEASE READ .. FIRST THEY OVERCHARGE You , I am a Romina American and The Owner told Me IF you want the sauce spicy every plate is $2 extra and some place $4 extra , I Felt That was racial profiling but since I heard it was pretty good Chinese food ( It Was OK at Best ) and drove 25 miles I said that is Fine.. NOW Here Is What MADE ME DECIDE To Leave This Review.. When we order the beef skewers we do not eat 2 of Them and My Wife Oveeheard the Lady Saying put those back in the Kitchen , ShebWas Shocked / ALSO - they only give Us 3 fortune cookies and it was just me and my wife and my son, and you know kids love those little things so I asked her for a few more and she paused and told me while there's only 3 of you guys / so I replied if that Cost extra Too I will give you more Money so at that point I was pretty aggravated.. and paid my $63 overcharged Bill and left.. For two adults and one child that is overpriced I don't care what the food cost as long as the service and the food is good when it comes to Our culture We Do Not care what it Cost..I have not been there in 10 years and I will Not go back in a 100 years.. To me this is Racial profiling if and Asian person walks into restaurant I own I will not have separate separate Chinese Prices.. hope this helps you have been warned...

NO GO! We tried this place several times and every time it turned out to be a major disappointment and a total rip-off. Whatever dish you order, unless it is a vegetarian dish, there is hardly any meat in it, a whole bunch of unions and some other vegetables and a tiny piece of meat in the far far distance. They even nickle and dime the vegetarian dishes by saving on the amount of mushrooms and the pork-fried-rice has never even seen a piece of pork! The last time it was really bad, even when we made them aware of our disappointing experiences earlier when ordering. My wife wanted to have a decent amount of mushrooms and bamboo shoots in her Vegetable (!) Chow Mein and they charged us an extra 4 dollar for that and it was still in there. We called the manager to talk about it but he was super offensive the moment he picked up the phone without even hearing us out what we were calling about. We try to tell hem that we just called to give him the opportunity to fix the service but he immediately continued throwing a fit. We are done...

We had eaten here once before and food was okay. Tried to order Christmas Eve as our other favorites closed early for the holiday (to be expected). I called at 7 pm and verified their hours then called back a few minutes later to order delivery and was told they were 'no longer accepting orders for delivery' and I asked about carry out and was hung up on.

I called right back and asked for the manager and was told she would 'see if there was one available'. The manager came to the phone and I explained the problem and he said they were 'behind on orders' and I explained that I understood it was the holiday and the girl who answered the phone could have said they were behind on orders (manager claimed 2 hours behind on delivery orders) and that's why they were no longer accepting orders but she hung up on me instead. His excuse was that she was in training and didn't know what to say.

Needless to say, we won't be going back here again - customer service is horrible and food isn't that...
