My husband and I visited the location days ago and waited for almost half an hour for our food, which was a pitiful excuse for food. After waiting all that time we got to the line where they start making your food and we ordered, the guy put HALF a scoop of rice in the bowl and said that they were running out of rice so it was the best he could do. We paid for double chicken, and the chicken was soggy and looked like it had been sitting for hours. Both bowls were exactly the same: rice, chicken, black beans, guac, sour cream, and lettuce. I moved forward because the girl at the register started hurrying us along to pay. The man making the bowl put barely a teaspoon of guac on each bowl, hardly any sour cream, and NO lettuce. I’ve been calling once a day everyday since it happened asking for a manager and NO one would come to the phone. Today I called and finally got a manager, who said she couldn’t believe that it was that bad and she offered to completely remake and cover the bowls. My husband went into the restaurant, ordered the exact same bowls, and got to the register and told them that his wife (me) spoke to Dana and the bowls were to be remade and covered. Dana came to the register and was completely clueless despite us taking 20 minutes earlier. She said only the guacamole would be covered and he could pay the other $26. My husband, knowing what she just told me, said he wouldn’t pay the $26 and it was okay and he’d just leave. She had an awful attitude and told him it was whatever and he was good, to just take them. She walked away and the girl running the register STILL tried to charge him for remakes of the mistakes these same employees already made. During all of this, he watched the two light skin girls at the register and end of the line make fun of a heavyweight man who came in to pick up a door dash order. We’ve seen these same two girls do it multiple times. They stand there, barely doing their job, getting paid, and making fun of and belittling innocent people. I hope the two girls mentioned read this and know how real karma is. Eventually the point was crossed and the remade covered food was given to my husband free of charge. Despite it being free, because of the mistakes that were made, we won’t be returning. Dana is rude, and she’s running a staff of rude kids who are unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t know who the GM or RM are, but hopefully you get to read this and realize who you have running the restaurants you barely handle. Read moreI keep trying to support chipotle, but it’s getting harder and harder each time I visit a location and I’m finally done. They never have all items available and today only had less than half of their meat options. It was a wait for 3 out of the 5 meats available. When trying to figure out what meat to even put on my bowl, I reluctantly said “I guess can I do the rest of the steak and then maybe the rest of the chicken since there’s not much of either?” And so they added it on but the lady doing it grimaced and said I’m really sorry…When I went to checkout, the cashier asked the supervisor what to put and she said if it has steak, it’s a steak bowl. I didn’t realize that I would be charged for a full steak bowl when it only had four tiny chunks of steak. If I was told that upfront, then obviously I would’ve said to not worry about it and walked back out the door to go somewhere else that actually has all of their ingredients for a meal. I questioned this and the supervisor (I’m assuming) was not friendly at all and argued against this. I told the cashier that this was ridiculous and that I’ll just walk out the door without anything. She overheard it and told them to just charge me for a chicken bowl, but went to lecture me that if any steak is on the bowl, it’s a charge as a steak bowl.
First - this is terrible service when it’s their fault that they don’t have all options available at that time. Second - that should really be disclosed up front if that’s going to happen. Third - what happened to providing service to customers that makes them want to return? I’m a supervisor in the retail industry and I would never handle a situation like this. I don’t know who is training the employees, but it’s not effective and needs to be revisited. Also this place is also disgusting when I go in and the rice was crunchy today. I can’t believe they’re still in business.
This in addition to the other poor experiences I’d had multiple times is why I won’t be returning again. I don’t know who’s running Chipotle now, but it’s awful and I hope someone else comes in to turn it around because that’s the only way...

as for the manager who sat there and did nothing you need to lose your job.
not only were there no mobile order on the screen you sat there and watched her struggle when they were more than eight people in line
and then you continue to talk to the kid with the long hair and tell him how bad of a manager you are you said that you didn't know how to make schedules and that you didn't know how to be a manager and you didn't know how to be a GM
and then the kid that was grilling and cooking and chopping up the food you asked him to go get some thing to fill up your bar, even though you had no orders that is outrageous and that is called lazy that is not leader ship and you should not be a manager, nor should you have a job when the young lady had 8+ people waiting in line to get their food instead of her filling up her own bar making food and cashing people out you should've stepped in and did something to help her out. You watched her struggle and that is why it's hard for y'all to maintain employees.
This is uncalled for, and I'm sure the GM and owner would not appreciate it. I will be leaving a review, not only on yelp, but on Google and every other website that I can let them know how poorly of a job that the manager with the blonde hair did.
I asked what her name was just to be told that it's not public information as if Chipotle is supposed to be some type of security company. They're not everybody's name is public information. She just didn't want to get in trouble and that is OK cause I'm leaving it's May 23, 2024. This all happened between 5 PM and 5:15 PM , I hope something is done by upper management about this Poor leader ship that not only I but 8+ other people have witnessed
