Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Summerville

I went the Saturday after they opened(they opened Thursday) line was AROUND the building into the Lowe’s parking lot! Despite the long line the Dutch Bros team worked very quickly and efficiently. They had people taking orders in the line , communication between each team member was great, it all moved very very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised. They even have a walk up window if you choose to go up to the window, which I like. They do have limited parking since it is on a busy corner. We ordered a blended mudslide and a blended strawberry horchata and each were yummy in their own way! The drink menu is top tier! I have so many more things I want to try and can’t wait to go back! 7brew, Starbucks, Dunkin and Biggby could never tbh. I don’t think the competition will be seeing my debit card ever again lol. I do hope they expand their food menu though, I would love a biscuit(egg?) or scone😉. Thanks for coming to Summerville I never knew I needed you...

The customer service was TOP TIER. The lady was so friendly and greeted us with so much warmth and such a friendly spirit. My mom didn't know what to order and the worker taking out order had so many suggested and said she had the menu memorized so she easily helped us pick. She ended up picking a white angle.. is a coconut white chocolate milkshake.. it was so good. And I was sitting in the passenger seat but she was like are you sure you don't want a water? And I thought that was so sweet! And said you might as well get something free with this long wait SO SWEET! And I thought the sweeteness would end at the window but the guy greeted us with the biggest most genuine smile. He handed us our drink and then I asked for a straw without looking up and there he was with the straws in hand! He said I got y'all. SO NICE. Loved the customer service! Would come back...

I love Dutch Bros so much, I drive over 30 minutes for it multiple times a week. My only complaint is that they are very inconsistent I will get the same drink over and over yet it tastes different every single time! My boyfriend got the candied cherry lemonade today and it just tasted plain, last time he got this lemonade it was sour and very cherry! I know they are new but I just wish I knew what my drink was going...
