The store is always well stocked. Kind of a bummer you can't try on clothes right now with the pandemic, but they are super respectful when returning. Clearance items are truly clearance prices. One of my pet peeves is when a store has a display outfit but then you can't find any of the pieces in the surrounding area. CATO does not do this. It is easy to find something. Seasonal colors vary and can be hit or miss for me but the store is always clean, the employees have always been friendly and the clothes last as long as you follow the washing instructions. Had a dress that I really loved, found the perfect bootie to match. To my surprise there wasn't a match to the boot that was on display. Both the workers said "someone" must've bought 2 different sizes, leaving me with only one boot in my hand. I had to leave the dress because I just couldn't see settling for a bigger or smaller pair of boots just bc it matched perfectly with the dress.im extremely disappointed. Generally, salespersons normally make sure the customer has matching sizes when they're checking out...probably won't shop this...

Great selection of items. Friendly salespersons. I love this store. Nice, comfortable clothing and a variety of beautiful costume jewelry. The pricing has gone up a bit though.
