We have been here a few times, but the last two has not been a perfect experience and the reason why in our opinion, the employees are not focused on their customer as they are with their friends that are visiting them. On this visit, we sat at the bar and noticed that the bartender was only interested in talking with a couple eating at the bar, and it seemed like they also worked there. As we sat there waiting for her to acknowledge us because she was too busy with them and eating her Starbucks, I had to wave her down to get her attention to take our drink and food order since we felt it was not going to be a good experience. I got my drink, but my wife did not. I couldn't find our waitress because she was still eating her Starbuck in the back, so I had to waive for someone else. It took another 10 minutes to get the drink, and now we are about 40 minutes since we sat down, and now we are waiting for our apps, and they came after (COLD). At this time, another couple sat next to us, and they also were upset because they still did not get their drink taken at the same time as ours (from the same waitress). Our waitress decided to go on the floor by another register to look at her phone. A male came up to the customer next to us who was complaining that they still had not gotten their drinks, and when he decided to address it (with a smile), with the waitress at the end of the bar instead of getting the drinks and addressing away from the customers. Our dinner finally came, and it seemed like a trainee did our fried rice because it was mushy and had lumps of white rice, and it was also cold. We also requested that our steak be made well done, which did not happen. I don't know who runs this location, but you need to have better management to hold your staff accountable and yourself. Hopefully, others will see this review and not waste their money or time...

Went in a few months ago with my friend, waiter sat us in a booth and it had a leak coming from on top of us. Didn’t mind since we were only two and the booths are super big(but thought it was unsanitary). My friend and I ordered our food at the same time, and the place had maybe 4 customers total. I got honey chicken and the kids menu fried rice and she got a sushi roll. Her roll came out, and I waited 15 minutes just for my chicken. She finished her roll, and I was half way through my chicken, and my rice finally came out. I wanted the pink sauce, I asked my waiter, and she forgot about it. She Would walk by our table, make eye contact with me, and would just keep walking and go talk with her co workers. She finally came by after about 20 minutes and I asked her to bring the sauce again. She finally brought it, I was finishing my chicken and a store manager came by and took my plate of rice THAT WAS NOT EVEN TOUCHED!! Didn’t even give me time to tell her I wasn’t done, just walked away with it and threw it out. I told my waiter and she said she was gonna ask the manager about it because I was requesting a refund for the rice since I literally didn’t even touch it. She came back and said she can’t do that, I asked for 50 percent off of just the rice and she refused. Then had audacity to say, when giving us our checks, “ it wasn’t me tho so please tip good”🤣 the unprofessionalism in this place is crazy. Manager walked by a few times after my friend and I were picking up and gave dirty looks. Weird place. Would...

First time going to this restaurant. We waited about 20 minutes or so to be seated which is ok considering the volume of guests. We waited about 50 minutes for our food after ordering. We were sat with a new waiter to attend us on a busy Sunday night. Our waiter was nice but not sharp. The biggest problem was that our waiter told us the fried green bean appetizer was no longer offered which was a lie. We didn't believe him so we asked two witnesses and we were told the appetizer was still offered. I even showed him a picture of the dish just to make sure he knew what it was that we were asking for. I asked for orange chicken and ended up with honey garlic instead. I asked for fried rice and it never came. A cup of water that I asked for never came either. Also he left the table without taking my order and I had to call him back. When he came back to the table he was standing behind me and talking to me which was annoying. You are supposed to face your guest when you speak to them. He also doesnt know what prebussing a table is, but neither does the majority of the food service industry. Management should know better than to have a server that's not so great at his job working on a busy night. A young lady that was witnessing the incompetence, even told us to look for her if we needed anything. I'll just go to my local chinese hole in the wall if I ever feel like eating Chinese food again. Those places never mess up and are a fraction...

I hit up PF Chang’s last night craving some serious comfort food, and decided to go all‑in on their signature fried rice. First off, the restaurant itself nails that modern‑Asian vibe—dark woods, soft lantern lighting, and a chill soundtrack that set the perfect mood for dinner. When my plate arrived, I was impressed by the generous portion of perfectly cooked grains, each one lightly coated in that savory soy‑ginger sauce. Mixed in were fluffy scrambled eggs, sweet carrots, crisp peas, and green onions, all cooked just right so everything had its own texture. The highlight? That subtle hint of garlic and sesame oil that made every bite addictive. Our server was on point—refilling drinks without us having to ask, and checking in at just the right times. The fried rice came out hot and fresh, with a slight char from the wok that gave it amazing depth of flavor. For the price, I felt like I got excellent value. It’s exactly the kind of dish you crave after a long day—simple comfort, well‑executed. Bottom line: PF Chang’s fried rice is a dependable go‑to. If you’re into classic, no‑frills Asian fare with a twist, give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Had to revisit the previous review (and adjust the star rating) which I left below. The entrees, while tasty, came out cold and they weren't even that busy. This time, the dumplings issue below was reversed, the pan fried ones came out cold, and I switched for the steamed ones. The previously cooler, sexier, loungier music this time had alot more Pop in the mix. Service was better, but still just ok. I'd still recommend, but hope they'll improve in these areas. Previous review: LOVE the vibe here! Really cool music, decor, and lighting. Service was just ok but slow. Wonton soup and steamed dumplings were cold (an ongoing problem I understand), but pan fried ones were hot as all the above should be (so order the pan fried dumplings). Ginger Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Pad Thai were all flavorful and served at a good temperature but portion on Ginger Chicken was small considering I ordered extra chicken. All things considered, would recommend, but they should improve in these areas.
