McDonald's — Restaurant in Sycamore Township

This will be a very rare review for me to write. I am very tolerant and understanding of humans' flaws.... to a degree. Well, that degree hit 212 fahrenheit at this unfortunate Micky D's. The CSR at the window mumbled some words to me but wasn't looking at me therfore I didn't know if she was talking to me or taking an order via her headset. Regardless, I couldn't understand what she said. When I didn't reply instantly she looked my way and I said please (meaning please repeat) She said the total again, I gave her the money, she handed back my change and receipt but didn't say a single word. I said thank you and with a surprised expression she mumbled your welcome. I pulled to the second window and an arm protrudes from the window holding a bag. I received the bag and the window was shut (Not one word, not a glance in my direction). Well I wanted ketchup for my fries so I waited for her attention. The CSR had instantly walked away and took about 60 seconds to return. She scowled at me through the window, in disbelief that I was still there, and that "how dare you expression. She opened the window and did not say a word. After about 3-5 seconds of awkwardness I said "may I get some ketchup please". She turned, grabbed 3 packs of magic sauce and "the arm" returned (no look, no words). The fries were dated as was the McDouble. This location needs a secret shopper and a CSR face-lift. I will never return to this location......... Unless I'm super hungry and no other...

Worst customer service ever and they don’t care the manager wil hang the phone up on you when you call and try and get them to correct your order u ordered a coffee this morning at 9:09 as i waited i seen at least 3 people come in after me and get there orders before me i asked the cashier why did he get his order before me and she said they had mine coming now asi waited 10 more mins it’s 9:19 still no coffee as i watch some one come in behind me order a whole meal and coffee and got it before me so i asked where is my coffee this is unacceptable and still no coffee so having to be to work by 9:30 i was forced to leave with NOTHING after ordering one coffee i understand if i was to order a full meal that it would take some time but i didn’t and i watched others get there food before me when they ordered after me with bigger orders i work in customer service and this is not the proper way to treat a customer or a human so I’m thinking i can get some relief by calling and asking to speak to the manger she was more rude then the cashier yelling at me saying they where looking for you after i had already left and ended by saying your coffee is sitting here come back and get it then hung up wow i know this is Mc Donald’s but come on man that’s just ridiculous i work at the mall across the street at Apple and I’ll be sure to tell all my co workers NOT to go back to...

Late night employees can get attitudes. I tend to order food for at least two people so we usually spend over $10 and they want to charge me .25 cents for one extra sauce for chicken nuggets. So I hand them a credit card and they say oh never mind don't worry about it. Except one time when the lady work threw a fit so I asked for a 1-800 number to call and she began to act as if she was calling the police on me (for what I don't know I guess because I asked for the complaint number). So I have stopped ordering things that used sauce because of the ordeal I go through at this particular location. I have been sticking to the dollar menu. I am a regular customer and I went form spending $7 a visit to $4. I usually go twice a week. So that is $312 a year this location will not get from me since they want to nickel and dime me on one damn sauce!!! Also they tend short me alot on the french fries where it will be just a little more than half full when it should be filled to the top. I tend to agree with every other review here. If you can find somewhere else to eat you should. Consistently ripping off your regular customers and then nickel and dimeing them is not good business practice! I would find somewhere else for a late night meal unless you like horrible service with a side of attitude for just .25...
