I've been coming here on and off for the past 4 years, And as much as I love the new look and the location I'm so honestly sad. And it's not because of food the food amazing and the look is great and so is the feel, It's solely due to the quatliy of of something and the staff and the way the things are handled. I mean I'm here on a Friday night and there are flies everywhere, I stood at the bar for almost 12 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged, even though 3 different bartenders stared at me even after I said excuse me trying to get the attention of someone who didn't seem busy. I mean i didn't know cutting limes was more important than the customer another one was just staring off into space and I assume who could only be the front manager was just standing there on her phone laughing. I mean as much as I love the way the new place looks I'm just sad because it seems the great new bar in amazing location was traded off for poor staff and somewhat poor quality of many things. My group was really set off, the plates didn't look clean and some of our glass smelled sour like they hadn't been properly cleaned out drinks seemed like they had been over poured which made it hard to stomach. I can't just say it enough, zingales I love you guys but I am just sad and i feel let down and unsure if me or my friends will be returning. I mean you have some great and amazing waiters but the bar staff I think plays to much and just somewhat inattentive to things. Thing is I am very well versed in bunisee and I hate to point out small things like that. But in the long run these are the things that can have an affect on how great an experience can be and i feel that for now it is going unnoticed. Read moreNight 1: Wait 20 min. for server, had to go find one, Server in training appears and can not explain the "Special" or any food questions. New server appears who was much better. Better Training Needed!
Night 2: "An Experience From Restaurant Hell" , wait 35 min. for server, order 1 beer, one soda, one wine, 30 min. later it arrives. Ask for dinner menu, 10 min. later it arrives. Stay with me here, ask for another beer, never arrives, place order for dinner, it arrives 1 hour later, cold wings, salad wrong, nacho order wrong, server passes by us at least 5X and ignores us.
All Told - there for 3.5 hours just for a quick 2-beer dinner!
We observed at least 5 people leave without having been served their dinner, which the oblivious server had to bring back to the kitchen
Place $5.00 in bowling game, it doesn't work. One apparent manager passes by, try to get his attention for food and we get "Yea, not my problem". This is entirely 100% accurate. Do Not Enter "Hell"

After calling numerous times and not getting an answer, I went in person to order some wings for my fiancé who's been up all night writing a paper. I walked up to the bar and was ignored for over 10 minutes, although I was audibly calling out and waving to the women behind the bar to get their attention. They finally took my order, charged me up front, and told me to "Wait right there and they'll bring it back to out to me". An hour and a half later, a different woman comes up to me and says "either they gave someone else your order, they never put it in, or the kitchen never made it. We'll have to refund you." Mind you, the employee who took my order was in my vicinity the entire time. She could've said something to me way sooner since she was the one who took my order, she was the one who knew why I was sitting and waiting there.
