I'm typically someone who gives others the benefit of the doubt. I asked a few people where I should go for lunch today and although none of them said BWW, we decided to give it a shot considering we have lived in the area since we were children and had never tried it. Our server was very kind, but I do feel like he could sense our frustration with our experience. I even feel like i saw him and another server speaking about us, but I can't confirm that. We sat down at about 12:15pm-12:20pm. My boyfriend ordered margaritas and street tacos and I order the bird Dawgs (chicken strip on a bun) and we got tator tots as an appetizer and waters. Ultimately, we got PART of our order at 1:50pm. I tried to be patient and I never got upset with them, but we sat there for an hour and a half (no exaggeration) while watching 3 other tables that came in after us get some of their food before us. We didn't even get our appetizer at that point either. He brought our appetizer and one of our meals (mine) at 1:50pm and I immediately asked for the check. When he picked up our debit card to pay he mentioned "I know your street tacos should be finished soon but I can also remove them and have them cancel it" and we said to cancel it because one, we had to leave as we had another place to be and two, my boyfriend and I ended up splitting my meal because I wasn't just going to eat in front of him and even if I had waited until his tacos came out, it would've been cold. So he removed the item from our ticket and we paid. As we were getting ready to stand up, a different server came up and said "we have your street tacos here". We had to leave and told her that the other server already removed the item from our receipt. She said she understood and I like to believe that she genuinely understood that we had already waited there for over an hour and half and didn't have a great experience. Neither of us are difficult people and I believe that anyone would feel the same way we did. I also don't understand how others that showed up 30 minutes after us were getting their food before us. I have never worked in the food industry so maybe I don't understand, but I don't think neither of us got anything difficult. Also, there was nothing too special about their margaritas and they were $12.50 a piece. That's a little excessive. Realistically, if I were in the position of that server, I would've taken the price of one off the bill. But again, he was nice. Looking at these reviews, it's a little alarming how many others are experiencing the same thing. I don't really know if it's management in the kitchen or lack of employees. But I can't help but think that maybe they can't keep kitchen staff due to compensation. Again, that's just speculation. All in all, if the food had been immaculate, I could've maybe understood a little more, but we will probably never go back as the food was far from worth the wait and the terrible experience that so many, including us,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited during the ādinner rushā around 6:30 on a Sunday evening. My hopes in writing this review is that BWW corporate would perhaps read this and make some very necessary changes in leadership at this location. The service of this restaurant has been steadily declining. The last 3 visits have been more and more disappointing.
Last night was the worst. It was date night and my wife and I decided we wanted some wings and appetizers. Two things B- Dubs has been known for. Although the restaurant was dead, the server had to clean our table off prior to seating us.
Thatās okay, then Olivia came and took our drink order. This would be the last time we received any acknowledgment from Olivia. We ordered the nachos and 10 wings. The wings came out within 10 minutes. No plates or napkins were provided by the server. She had what appeared to be 3 tables with one large table with all split tickets. Seeing this, I kept trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, after 20 mins passed, our drinks were empty, our nachos had not come, we were out of ranch, and our fingers were covered in sauce because we still could not get any napkins.
Finally I got the attention of another server on the other side of the room to ask for napkins. That is when Olivia finally showed back up with an attitude of irritation, dropped off our ranch, and apologized for the nachos coming out 30 minutes after the wings. As she goes to walk away, my wife kindly asked if we could have our drinks refilledā¦ā¦They had been sitting there empty since she first dropped them off 40 minutes prior.
We then waited another 10 minutes trying to see if Olivia would acknowledge us so we could get our check. At this point we did witness a manager come from the back to address Olivia. ALL of her tables were having issues and she was clearly in a bad mood.
I guess what sucked the most was that the wings were luke warm and you could tell they had been sitting there for some time under a heat lamp, the nachos are $14 with chicken and there was barely any queso or toppings on them. Then the serviceā¦.. where was the manager during this dinner rush(I use rush loosely as more of a time reference than and actual account of business) The culture, the atmosphere, the general vibe of all the employees was a lack of caring, a distaste for their job, and why was there no support for a clearly irritated college kid who was having a bad day and ruining many peopleās dinner experience?
Sadly, until they decide to get a professional service manager hired at this location, we will not be back. Again, our experience of the SERVICE at this location has been pretty bad for the last 3 times we have visited in...

My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a tall Blue Moon beer, and it took the server 20 minutes to take our food order after serving our drinks. We noticed he took the food order for the table behind us, even though they arrived after us. While we initially thought it might have been an honest mistake, my friend had to call for his attention to place our order.
Before my food arrived, I took the last sip of my beer and noticed a red particle of food inside the bottom of the glass. I was so disgusted that I couldnāt stop gagging. Another server brought out my food, dropped it off without a word, and walked away. I wanted to bring the issue with the glass to my serverās attention, but he continued to avoid our table. My friend had to call him over again, and when I showed him the glass, he said he would let the manager know.
He returned and told me the manager refused to comp the beer because I drank it all but offered a small discount instead. I explained that I couldnāt see the bottom of the glass until it was empty and would not have drunk it if I had noticed the particle earlier. The server then said it was ājust TajĆnā and that sometimes it spills into glasses when the bar mixes drinks. First, this explanation was gross and reflected unsanitary bar practices. Second, how could he be certain it was TajĆn? Whoās to say it wasnāt a piece of food, like a wing, sitting in my glass?
To make matters worse, I specifically went to Buffalo Wild Wings to enjoy a couple of beers while my friends ate. After the incident, the server never once asked if I wanted another beer, and he only offered to refill my water onceāimmediately after I told him the cost of the beer was coming out of his tip. I didnāt trust him at that point and was afraid to order anything else, fearing he might sabotage it out of spite.
The service only got worse. Our meals arrived 20 minutes apart, and one of my friendās meals never even came. When we paid, the server swiped our cards and handed us receipts without itemized details, seemingly trying to hide the fact that the beer discount was not applied.
This experience was riddled with issues: bad service, unsanitary dishes, cold food, and dishonest practices. It was a complete failure on every level. Buffalo Wild Wings could have easily earned a generous tip and more business from us if they had simply done the right thing and provided basic service without us having to chase them down. I wonāt be returning, and I recommend you avoid...
