Wow! Going to be contacting corporate on this past experience. What in the world has happened at this location? In a nutshell, stopped by with my wife after work and went to the drive through. Could not understand the man speaking as it kept cutting in and out and I asked him to repeat..he proceeded to yell something and again I said I could not understand, but started to order anyways thinking maybe he could hear me. He literally yelled something again and my wife thought he said "drive around". We did only to find him and two other "employees" hanging out on the far side of the building. (no wonder his headpiece and mic kept cutting off) As I approached the window, I overheard the man said to his coworker "look..and he still drives up here". I started to say that I could not hear him and he cut me off then became very irate and yelled that "his system was down". He was a tall, thin, black man with bandaged fingers and pretty unkempt looking. Honestly, I did get upset with him as well, not because we could not order food, but at the overall lack of customer service and professionalism. Total disgrace for sure. We only recently started going to this location due to the ease of stopping before our commute home from downtown Tampa and the previous times it was not the best either (the food was good!). The service and interactions have always lacked. They always seemed mad or rude when taking our orders. I know the last time we stopped..maybe a week ago, I swear the drive thru guy, the same one that interacted with me yesterday, or just that area of the drive up window, reeked of pot. Poor customer service indeed. Probably won't be back to this particular location and I recommend that you avoid it too unless you want to deal with homeless folk wondering the parking lot and rude employees. I do have a short video that I will upload once my wife...
Read moreThis Location is very much racist, husband and I stopped to eat but had our kids who needed to use the bathroom first. there seemed to be a line so i proceeded to it with my kids, we waited a good 20 minutes before i realized they werent going to open the door for me but opened it for an african american woman and let her into the mens bathroom wheni asked if he could open the womens bathroom (which was very much vacant) for my kids, i was told that that bathroom specifically was for employees, OK? but its empty and i have children who need to use the bthroom!!!!! anyways the woman in the mens bathroom came out but didnt hold the door for me so i went to the front counter to ask if they can open and was met with cold stares from all the employees, mind you they were mostly women of color surrounding this one man of color giggling and laughing and pointing at customers as if gossiping, in front of my face, after realizing they werent going to open the door for me i left and got my husband and wasnt til then when the man working who was being disrespectful to me let them in with some sob story of how i was being disrespectful from jump. i have never been met with such gross behavior at a fast food restaurant before but this place specifically has ghetto wriiten all over it, i think corporate should come through and hand out books on hospitality. this whole building just needs to be shut down this is not how you run a family fast food restaurant .the worst part is when i called the cops they said they couldnt do anything, honestly just seems like that one location is a front for something and the cops seems to get some percentage on it . how you a cop who took an oath to protect and serve your community and you cant even serve, let alone Protect!!! i said what i said DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT FIND ANOTHER...

Date of Visit: 1/8/2024, Time: 7:19 PM
My fiancé and I recently had an appalling experience at our local Burger King that I feel compelled to share, in the hope that others may reconsider before visiting this location.
Upon arrival, I ordered two Bacon Double Stacked burgers, one with lettuce and the other with lettuce and tomatoes. In an attempt to add a personal touch, I jokingly requested the food be made with love. Little did I know that this innocent request would result in an unpleasant encounter.
The drive-thru employee, who greeted me with the unsettling statement, "I remember who you are," initially seemed like a friendly acknowledgment of my previous visits. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when I got home and inspected our order.
To put it bluntly, the burgers were a disaster. The bacon was uncooked, the fixings were sloppily thrown together, and the vegetables were of poor quality. The overall lack of hygiene and care in preparing our food made it clear that the employees at this Burger King location were not living up to basic standards.
I couldn't bring myself to eat the order, as it appeared not only unappetizing but also potentially unsafe. In times when health concerns are prevalent, it is disheartening to see a fast-food establishment contributing to the fear and unease.
If the workers at this Burger King cannot be bothered to uphold basic standards of hygiene and customer service, they should not be entrusted with the responsibility of serving the public. This experience has left us deeply disappointed, and we sincerely hope that others will consider this review before deciding to dine at this particular Burger...
