Cute place just opened on Cass st. Close to Nebraska. Plenty of parking out front. My first time there and I may adjust my score as I visit more often and try the rest of menu. Friendly service, very clean location and plenty of sitting inside & outside (in case you want to bring your dogs to sit outside). Simple menu and the tacos I ordered were very tasty. I ordered the bacon taco and chorizo taco. Plenty of flavors and nicely seasoned. Soft Taco shell war warm and didn’t break up like some soft tacos can when you’re eating them. With Starlight Taco, it is going to be hard to beat their tacos but as breakfast tacos, these were really good. Ordered a latte that could’ve been hotter but I was on a call and maybe it just cooled down very fast while I was talking to my wife. Need to go again and order a beer, cold brew and definitely try the churros. This location should be fit by the many new residents thanks to all of the apartment development in this area. This is a nice breakfast addition to Supernatural and BEC food truck....
Read moreThis place is literally getting ONE STAR for the cashier who gave me my samples with no problems. Tyler (another bartender) comes up behind her and says “what place do you go to and get 9 samples” i thought he was joking (my friends and i only had two samples) and i looked at him and asked are you joking? and he goes “this isn’t an ice cream shop, where do you go and get 9 samples” and i said LITERALLY ANY BREWERY (again, did NOT get 9 samples). He sat there and argued with me back and forth for a good minute. Tyler is a JOKE and shouldn’t be in the food/beer industry if you want ANY customer retention. Take it from me, i have NEVER left a bad review before, this experience compelled me to write this….. what a joke! late start, you need a new bartender asap! I’m a server myself and my fellow customer service workers know this is NOT the way to speak to guests. Just look at the...
Read moreHappy opening week to what might just be the best spot in Tampa?!
The food is amazing - we had the chicken sando with fried pickles, and WOW that was better than any of the fine dining food or hyped up spots in the entire bay area. Definitely the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever enjoyed.
The beer was great, too. We’re here for their opening weekend, so the tap list for their brews was small but delightful and the other choices for NA, non-beer, and local beer is full of variety and great choices for anyone.
Now, my favorite part of any wine and dine experience, the hospitality. Everyone was kind, patient, friendly, the perfect amount of chit chat and sharing. I would come back just to have great service again.
