Starbucks — Restaurant in Tampa

This is literally the WORST starbucks I've ever encountered for one reason: Customer Service! I went in the other day and ordered the egg protein on my app for mobile order and since my Home starbucks off westshore and main st. was out of stock this property said it had this item. So I get there to pick up my order and there is a starbucks employee behind the counter and one talking with someone by mobile pick up. So i kindly asked since he was in his uniform "Hey I did a mobile order, would you happen to know where it is?" and he said that whatever i ordered was out of stock - even though on my app it said they had it no big deal it happens, that wasn't the issue as i proceeded to ask what other options could i get he looked super irritated that I interrupted his convo and gave me the worst attitude since he was being nasty i just asked him for a refund and he demanded the other guy behind the counter to get the manager. Basically shooing me away. Overall I would have been fine if they didnt have something i wanted to order NO BIG DEAL panera is right next door but simply treating me like i am an inconvenience was just uncalled for. I usually don't have any issues at Starbucks but this time they sold me an old doughnut. When I got to work and bit into it, it was hard in the middle:-( so disappointed but I would try this location again. Hopefully that was just a one time occurrence.......... This location has screwed me over twice and I'm over it. They don't have the mixes to make an Ultra caramel Frap but instead of telling you that, they make you a regular caramel and pass it as ultra caramel. I know the difference and when I pointed it out, the guy lies and says it's an Ultra caramel. Well for starters, it darker in color and it has caramel whip cream which clearly this isn't. Then you charge me almost a $1 more for the ultra caramel when in fact I have caramel...... YES, it matters and NO I will not go back to...

I love Starbucks… go all the time. We were traveling and figured Westshore area would be a good experience. I’m from Tampa. Ordered a sandwich and coffee. 6 employees. Of the 6, maybe 1 was working. The others were just randomly moving around and wiping counters with no real purpose and talking. Others who ordered 5-10 minutes after me got their orders before me. My sandwich was made quickly (by the 1 actual working employee) and got cold while I waited for the drink. My husband was waiting with me and had to leave he was so frustrated. I just can’t imagine paying for staff that literally were doing nothing and talking...
