I am giving this place three stars because the food is delicious but the customer service need a little more training. I went here three days in a row. Today being my third and I decided it will be my last. The first day I order four milkshakes. My milkshakes were placed in a cup holder that caused my milkshakes to fall over as soon as I placed them in my back seat. I was given three napkins to clean up the mess. The second day they got my order wrong so I was forced to eat a meal I didnt order. And today I asked several times about the rewards and was told to give my phone number at the window and when I tried to. The young lady closed the window so fast because she say she was cold I was ignored when trying to give my number and they did nothing about it.. All three days something went wrong and even though I told them about all three incidents. They did nothing to fix any of it. I spent over $60.00 in three days with this store and rather than fix at least one of their mistakes to continue having a customer who would easily spend $300 a month with them.
