Incredible and casual. Avocado sandwich: delicious. I love the little bit of spices they put on it. Really made the sandwich pop. Highly recommend. (Can they make it with some egg as well? Or would that ruin it?) PB & banana sandwich: I wasn't into it. It was really dry. And it tasted decent but also isn't terribly healthy, so like, if it were a health food then I'd put up with the taste but since it isn't I'd rather eat something else like the avocado sandwich. Sour-donut: honestly one of the best donuts I've ever had, which is saying quite a bit. I mean, sure there are more decadent donuts. But for a simple donut, this one may take the cake. The thing that blows my mind is how buttery it tastes, despite being vegan. I've never had a donut like that. Chatted with a very friendly employee and she wasn't sure where the buttery flavor is coming from. We both hypothesized it comes from the sourdough they are made with, combining with the oil they cook it in, because the flavor is so unique and it is also unique that they use sourdough to make them. Regardless, highly recommended! Sausage & egg sandwich: this was a good option if you want more protein. It is closer to what people usually get for a sandwich. It was solid. The avocado sandwich is perhaps more unique and tasty (and probably more healthy), but this one had more protein if you want that. Maybe they can add some eggs to the avocado sandwich without ruining the flavor, for some extra protein.

I have been pondering whether or not to make a post because this place is so good, I didn't want to flood it with any more patrons than they already have. A completely selfish move on my part, so I believe it is time for my honest review. I have eaten here more than once and love it! My kids even love the breakfast sandwiches here... it's pretty hard not to. I will say unless you are here when they open, you probably will never try the delicious donuts. They are definitely delicious cinnamon and sugar donuts that remind me of the ones that my mother used to make us when we were kids. There isn't really seating inside and very limited outside, so I consider this place to be more of a grab and go. I have been lucky enough to grab a seat on the sidewalk. If they have a line it usually goes pretty quickly. Service is top notch! The way they explain anything about the menu or items makes you feel special. They aren't just trying to rush you out the door and certainly don't get rattled by questions. As much as it pains me to say this (because I'm being selfish) you definitely need to do yourself a solid and check em out! Rating this one a solid 4.7 stars

I ventured to SuperNatural Food & Wine because of the Alton Brown endorsement of the "best breakfast sandwich" he ever had. On the metrics of only bacon, egg, and cheese - I agree that this is a fantastic BEC sandwich, especially because of the airy bun, thick-cut bacon and soft, fluffy eggs. However, I found that the real star of the show was SuperNatural's Italian Stallion sandwich. For whatever reason, bakers in Florida generally can't make bread that it crispy on the outside and soft, moist on the inside. SuperNatural's ciabatta roll with sesame seeds achieved crusty bread bliss. Their delicious Italian Stallion sandwich has a perfect balance of 4 salty meats and dynamically sharp provolone cheese with the wonderful acidity and tanginess of the vinegar pepper salad spread. Also their German potato salad was yummy. Sweet, oniony goodness (make sure you add bacon). I was not expecting to love the matcha latte and maple latte with oat milk, but the beverages made my taste buds sing in luscious delight. Katie's chocolate cookie was decadently doughy and had a deep, rich cocoa flavor.
