1st time = good experience 2nd time = bad experience 3rd time = average experience (me flagging server down) 4th time = very bad. I received NO service after waiting n waiting. I was seated & no one came to take my drink and food order. Given that they have numerous employees I find the complete lack of service appalling.
The thing is: when the food, that's provided for the price, is prepared as ordered, it's good. The problem is that $15.00 (possibly more) meal for sandwich and possibly 8oz. drink. There is pickled slaw stuff in a little cup.
For $18, I can go to Carmen's and order a nice meal and be served refills and on real plates like I'm important for a sliver of time.
Little Pikas, however, is permanently off my list and until the menu improves as well as customer service. I do...
Read moreOne of the worst meals I’ve ever paid for. Servers were friendly, but I think that’s the only nice thing I have to say.
Eggs Benedict (both Chamoru and Bulgogi) were really decently poached eggs on top of a bland meat slurry on top of a microwaved English Muffin. To the side, sadly warmed-up diced potatoes that longed for an oven or an air fryer. To eat this meal? Plasticware. Plastic plates and some very strange logic on disposable, plastic forks and knives. Where do you eat this? In a shoebox of a room that seems like it used to be a coffee shop waiting area with its haphazard, cramped seating layout. And how much for this experience? $44.
I appreciate the free refills of iced coffee, the very pleasant servers, and the location - but holy cow do I wish I had my empty stomach back...

Neither my wife or I finished our meals and I normally eat all of my food and what's left of hers. I had the chamorro fried rice and my wife had the chamorro Benedict. The "fried" rice came out still white, no flavor. Tasted like they put white rice on the griddle for a couple seconds then said yup! It's fried now. My wife's Benedict also had no flavor, lackluster hollandaise sauce and was on a hamburger bun instead of an english muffin. Plastic cutlery, paper plates and the tea tasted like it had been sitting for a day or two. All of that for $45. Not worth it, eat anywhere else.
The second star is for the service. Nice staff, quick and accurate. Otherwise it would've...
